The ice maker doesn’t work, black mold in the shower, towels need replacing, no Kleenex, no top sheet on bed, no wash cloths, long hallways that are hard to navigate especially when packing in suitcases.

Greet location to my office

The place was really nice and clean.. water didn’t get too hot, but it wasn’t a big issue worth reaching out, I was there a short time only. It was also a bit confusing finding the rt entry door 
 I needed up doing a lot of walking everytime I came back in. the buikding is huge .. but overall it was quiet, really nice and clean!

Getaway for a change of scenery

Disappointing, because the property owner scheduled an appliance repair during our stay, which we did not get prior notification about. The repair guy disturbed our privacy. We where without a working dryer our entire stay. Property only had 2 bath towels, no wash clothes and the cleaning staff could have done a better job.

So if you want to go on a scavenger hunt just to get the keys and parking pass, this is the place for you. If you also enjoy a mattress that reminds you of sleeping on a wooden floor, you will also enjoy this place. Furniture was overly used, owner should consider upgrading the sofa, bed, and bedding. I ended up checking into a hotel after staying in the apartment for just one night, if that tells you anything.

Nice place for a great price!

Very nice apartment - beautiful pool and gym. Walking distance to catch a Panthers’ game. Property manager is very helpful and check-in/out was easy. Clean, safe and in a great location.

The apartment was easy to check into with a lockbox. We loved that we didn't need a car to get around since it's right uptown. The apartment was sparkling clean and had a cool accent wall in the bedroom, and even had a sound maker if you like sound when you sleep! Highly recommended.
