Cute and spacious single family home, pet friendly

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath house, comfortable for sleeping 6 people.  Master bedroom located on first floor. The living room furnished with everything you need to relax. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all utensils and cookware.
Also , the house is close to I-485, Matthews, Mint Hill, Concord Mills Mall,8 miles to Charlotte Downtown and 12 miles to Charlotte Motor Speedway. .

Master bedroom bed was very loud due to poor quality mattress, sounds like plastic. My husband slept on sofa. The TV in living room was limited, and the one in master bedroom was very limited.

It was what we needed.

The house was as described. There were a few bulbs burnt out, including the front porch light, but the owner replaced the bulb promptly. We had to stay for 3 weeks during construction on our home and the owner was very helpful in keeping us stocked with dry goods. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

No issues. The check in/out process was very easy and the deposit was returned with in 24hrs. The only concern I had was that the bathrooms could have been cleaner other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

We were very pleased with all of the accommodations and Larysa was always very helpful and pleasant. Two of the electric stove burners were temperamental at times but it didn't delimit our ability in any way. Just an FYI for Laryssa to look into this for the future.

Comfortable Week Stay!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and 2 lab dogs. The location was quiet and neighbors friendly when seeing them and striking up conversation. Larysa was very prompt with communications and in meeting us to show the layout of the house. Nice stay!

Nice, Convenient

We were three adult males looking for a nice, convenient place to stay for the PGA Championship held in Charlotte. Larysa's place fit the bill perfectly. It was just as advertised. The pictures you see are exactly the way the property appears. Convenient to the beltway which made it very easy to navigate to anywhere in the city. Located in a nice, newish development on a dead end street. Parking available for three vehicles if you utilize the single stall garage. Larysa was very prompt providing us access to the property and personally showed us the property before leaving us with the keys for access. All amenities were available as advertised. Beds were average relative to comfort. I believe we enjoyed our stay here more than we would have a motel/hotel. If I'm ever in the Charlotte area for a week again I'd definitely try to book this property again. And just a side note. I forgot my reading glasses on the table at Larysa's. Sent her a message to see if they had been found. She affirmed they had and went out of her way to return them to me via mail. I certainly appreciated her customer service!!!!

Great place to stay! We went down for the auto fair at the motor speedway. 15 minutes from the speedway, and most everything else. House was clean, and owner was very good to deal with.
