Convenient to airport and our room was clean and very comfortable. Super fast WiFi and decent TV channel selection. Restaurant could do with an upgrade with very limited choices in the evening; the food we had was good just limited choices. Overall we 100% would stay again if we had a flight out of CLT.

Everything was good. But the staff made our experience truely wonderful. Notable staff members included Miss V, shuttle driver, Tina, bar and restaurant, and Helena, restaurant. A special thanks to each of them for making our stay memorable.

Great staff! Horrible hilton especially a double tree! Building smells of mold a water damage! Extremely dated decor and fixtures. Wallpaper falling off walls and carpets looked horrendous! Got me with a high floor upgrade. The building is only 3 floors. Again great staff!

Found a dead cockroach in the room, in plain sight, told the staff and got no response. Hotel needs updating, Doubletree has always been a great brand, but we were disappointed with our stay.

This place is not on par for a doubletree. Its an old cheap motel redone cheaply to look a little better, but its old and dirty and the room smelled musty and gross....couldn't wait to leave and would never go back.

the airport shuttle service was extremely slow on my arrival - it was 12:30 am and the front desk person said they would be there "as traffic allowed" It seems they were actually waiting to combine me with a group of airline staff, which would've been nice to have just been told so rather than waiting 30 minutes with no idea if they were actually coming or not. The following morning, I needed the shuttle at 5:30am, and the driver was extremely rude and didn't respond when I asked her if she could take me. I waited a few minutes, considered an uber and then thought I'd at least see if she would or would not. When I turned the corner to look for her, she said she didn't need me following her, and she had told me she would take me. This driver is unprofessional and flat out rude. Additionally, there were hairs on the bathroom floor - it had not been cleaned.
