We have stayed at this hotel several times when flying out of Charlotte Airport. The last two stays have been very disappointing. The check in staff was impolite almost as if we were bothering them. Our last room had no TV remote. Worst of all, we waited for an hour in the cold for the shuttle back to the hotel. Called 3 times before they came.

Very convenient for one night layover between flights. Shuttle worked very well. Quick Uber ride to South End for breweries etc and not far to downtown. Comfortable room, good shower. Towels too small.

The room was very clean, had dinner at the restaurant which was quite good. The weak spot was the shuttle. When we got there we called and then waited for over 40 minutes. Finally another driver felt pity and drive us to the hotel. This morning the driver left a few minutes early and dropped us at the other end of the terminal. We were on American and she dropped us at delta which for my husband who uses a wheel chair this pretty long way. We told her we were flying American initially. Guess she was in a bad mood. Except for the shuttle all was fine

Convenient to airport and our room was clean and very comfortable. Super fast WiFi and decent TV channel selection. Restaurant could do with an upgrade with very limited choices in the evening; the food we had was good just limited choices. Overall we 100% would stay again if we had a flight out of CLT.
