He front desk rep was very professional and proficient with checking me into my room. However the cleanliness of the room is a lot to be desired. The under materials of the bed was worn and torn to be in mint condition. The toilet was so low I heard my knees cracked to sit or stand up. The corked substance around the toilet was so sloppy it looked like if a child was in charge to recork the toilet with silicone material. I also noticed a dead stink bug laying upside down on top of the air condition as well. I am so disgusted with my room I have filled out my comments and checked out very early. I did not trust eating breakfast at this establishment. Hampton Inn has given more than enough reasons for their guests to stay the hell out.

Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to several restaurants and shopping. I booked this room because I had an early flight from the regional airport just 2 miles away. When booking the room one of the “perks” was an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, the shuttle is only available from 9 to 5 daily. Ended up getting Lyft for $11 so not a big deal.

We have stayed here for many years for the NASCAR races. It’s very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We really enjoy the reception that they have Monday through Friday nights. It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
