Lake Escape's Endless Summer

Lake Escape's Endless Summer is a completely renovated lakefront home on Lake Norman. Walk to Eddie's on the Lake for a fabulous seafood dinner, then down the street to King Canary Brewing for beer, and wander home to your incredible vacation home. Light up the fireplace out back and watch the sun set over the lake. Open concept first floor with gourmet kitchen, family room, dining area opens to a large deck for outdoor dining then down to a paver patio with Stainless steel grill and outdoor Livingroom with a built in fireplace!

Bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated with shiplap feature walls, lamps, Amazon echo alarm clocks, power points on the night tables. The three primary bedrooms all have ceiling fans and large closets with hangers and drawers. The fourth bedroom, while a smaller room has a day bed with trundle to add two more twin beds to the mix. A full size dresser just outside the door services this room. A fifth sleeping area is the family / game room. This room, just inside the front door to the right has a large sectional pull out sofa bed, a dedicated desk workspace, a 65" smart TV with Roku, and a good supply of board and card games. Glass French doors can close this space off and Levolor blinds can be lowered to provide privacy.

The Livingroom / kitchen / dining open concept accommodates multi family groups. There is plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, Nest Audio and cozy décor with all hard wood floors. Twin glass sliders open to a covered deck for dining or hanging. An oscillating fan keeps everyone cool and string lights make for the perfect atmosphere. Being right off the kitchen space makes it easy to serve a meal outside.

The outdoor living room and fireplace are just down the stairs. This is the space to hang, grill and enjoy the lake. We provide the firewood. In the shed just steps away is a bevy of tubes, noodles, Can Jam and ladder golf.. with a large grass yard to play.

Are you a boater? Rent a boat during your stay or bring your own boat or PWC and launch at our community ramp. Keep it at your private dock with swim ladder!

We have thought of everything so you won't need to think about anything but completely enjoying your stay.

* Rental Agreement MUST be completed and signed within 36 hours of booking.
* Security deposit of $750 will be reserved 3 days prior to arrival (see House Rules below).
*Maximum Overnight Occupancy for Endless Summer is 10 guests.
* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Endless Summer is 14 guests.
* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies) Cats are not permitted.
* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided.
* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill.
* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided.
* All of our homes feature private docks. Please check with us to confirm depth at specific homes as lake levels change seasonally.
