This beautifully appointed 1,500 sq. ft. ground-level apartment is part of a 6,000 sq. ft. luxury home and features its own private entrance, making it ideal for families, couples, or extended stays.

The apartment includes:
• A full kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, and Keurig coffee maker
• Hardwood flooring and updated furnishings throughout
• A spacious living area with 55” Samsung HDTV.
• A primary bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, and flat screen TV
• A full bathroom with tile shower
• Washer and Dryer are available upon request

Set on a premier waterfront lot, the property offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views over Lake Norman, along with a quiet cove perfect for relaxing and swimming without heavy boat traffic.

Enjoy full access to outdoor amenities, including:
• Private covered dock
• Paddle board, 2 kayaks, canoe and floats
• 7-person hot tub overlooking the lake

For larger groups or additional guests, there is also a separate private suite on the property (sleeps 2), allowing families or friends to stay nearby while maintaining privacy. This suite may be rented with other guests during your stay.(VRBO Property #1447818)

Our stay at the Lake Norman Waterfront Apartment was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by breathtaking sunset views over the water that truly set the tone for a relaxing and luxurious experience.The private entrance made the space feel like our own personal retreat, offering both comfort and privacy. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a seamless stay. Every detail felt intentional and inviting.One of the highlights was the dock—perfect for quiet mornings by the water and peaceful evenings taking in the scenery. Simply amazing. There’s nothing like unwinding under the stars after a full day, surrounded by the calm and beauty of Lake Norman.An extra special touch were the dogs—they were incredibly sweet, loving, and added so much joy to our stay. It made the experience feel even more welcoming and home-like.Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape to recharge, this property delivers on every level. Reading previous reviews with all 10s made me choose this property for a 2 night getaway. The apartment was immaculate, which is priority to me,, and very comfortable. More than enough room for 2 people. Lots of amenities (appreciated everything we needed for our morning coffee) and the host was excellent at communicating. Even before booking I had questions and she was quick to respond. The outdoor space is beautiful with stunning lake views. Very relaxing indeed. We are familiar with the area and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great area also if you bring your bike or just want to take a walk. Absolutely would return here for another getaway. Thank you Dawn for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Owners were wonderful to communicate with. House had wonderful access to water with option to use the owners' kayaks, etc. Loved their friendly dogs on site. Apartment had ample space and was comfortable.

It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful place. Peaceful. Sunsets and sunrises were magical. Everything was clean and the owners were so nice and answered all our questions quickly.

Best Getaway Ever!

This property is just as described, it has amazing views of the Lake from every angle. It was very clean, well stocked and very cozy. Dawn and Steve were great host, very attentive and the communication was great. They ensured we were comfortable and they were available for any questions we had. The dogs were like family, we enjoyed them. Don't hesitate to book this property. We are alreadylooking for possible dates to return. We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the Memorial day Holiday. We will be back soon !!
