Brand new home, beautifully decorated with all the amenities. You are 1 mile from beautiful Uptown Charlotte, walking distance to the new light rail and within a mile of Plaza-Midwood and Noda neighborhoods.

The house also has a two-car garage with a large fenced-in backyard and deck for hanging out with friends and family.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all the cooking equipment. Dinner table seats 8 and there is plenty of space to move about. Thank you and enjoy!

The house was clean just like they said. There was a couple of things the sink in the masterbath had a leak, and the yard needs some attention. But over all enjoying are stay.

Overall, nice facility. The grounds needed some attention. Grass needed to be cut and hedges needed trimming. There was construction nearby which was disruptive though beyond homeowners control. Would return again.

Newer home. Everything worked well. Open kitchen/dining/living room. Master bed/bath on main floor (good for handicapped person(s). Nice to have enclosed garage access for car. On busy road, but no issues at all. Very convenient to all locales we visited. Beds were comfortable, but low to ground (consider having 4 risers in each closet in case guests want to raise bed).

We really enjoyed staying there. We had lots of room for everyone. The only 2 complaints I heard were the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and there was hot air coming in around the attic door making the room hot. Thank you for being available when we had a question. It was a great visit!!

Great location

My friends and I came to Charlotte to see a concert at The Fillmore. The home was in a perfect location for us to get to The Fillmore, and get to other parts of Charlotte. The home was spacious and comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family trip to Charlotte

Our family of eight including two 80-year-olds enjoyed this property. It was so nice to have a master on the first floor. It was in close proximity to optimist Hall. We had easy access to UNC Charlotte for a basketball game. Steve was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

. Disappointed

The bed situation needs to be corrected. There is no futon shared in a room with a bed. Meant for an awkward sleeping situation. One bedroom has a door that accesses an attic type space- the door doesn't latch closed, would blow open and push in freezing air from the outside. The dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine and fireplace were not functioning- owner did nothing to try and correct the situation; only said he'd take care of those after we left. There was another drop coffee maker :/We couldn't find extra pillows nor blankets, couldn't find a broom. Would have preferred more face clothes and hand towels. This is a lovely property but needs more attention. We were not satisfied about owners response, tho his response was quick.

Anniversary trip

The place was very spacious and enough room for four couples. The only thing that could make the home better is providing a television in the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, I had a great experience in the home and would rent there again in the future.

Comfortable home

We were in town for our daughters wedding. The home was perfect for us to enjoy family stopping by. We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck with the weather being cool. The home had everything we needed. Wedding in Charlotte

The property was very comfortable and in a convenient location. It was great having multiple bathrooms and the living space was nice and roomy for a large group (we had 7 adults in our group.). It was nice to have the seating on the back deck, as well...we enjoyed the gorgeous spring weather!!

Great Space and Accommodating Host!

I recently sold my place before my new place was ready. The location was great (walking distance from Ace No. 3; they have the best burgers and fries!). I needed to check in a little earlier and the host accommodated without any problem. Everything we needed was provided in the space. The whole speakeasy theme of the house was great. And the fenced yard was perfect for our golden doodle. Unequivocally recommend this place!

Basketball weekend

This home was a great home to stay in. We were in town to go to 2 Boston Celtics games and the home was very close to the Spectrum Center. There was plenty of room for the family and having a fenced in back yard was nice foe the dog to go outside. My only disappointment was the mattress in the master bedroom. It sunk in the middle so we kept rolling into each other. My kids said their mattresses were great. I would definitely stay there again
