The hotel and room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast. The coffee was hot. There was a combination of hot and cold food. The thing I liked the best was that I needed my room key to use the elevator.

Whoever said this property was wonderful was lying. The room was filthy. The bathroom was dirty. The trash cans still had old discarded contacts and trash in them. Like the room hadn’t even been cleaned. The bed and linens were sandy and dirty. When we went to take a shower there was zero hot water. When we asked the front desk about it, we were told the hotel was full. That’s funny since the parking lot was completely empty. The hotel was chosen based on it being a Hilton hotel. They refused to put our Hilton honors number in for points. The breakfast was terrible and cold.staff was big friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.
