If this was an upgrade, then I am a blindman

Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. After he had gone we found one of the showers could nit be used as a shoer as the holder for the shower was missing. One of the sockets where the standard lamp wasnt working, neither was the kettle. We had to boil the water in the microwave. The other standard lamp was leaning and fell over when you tried to move it nearer to you. A blind was missing. The cups were all chipped. The only good thing was the beds were comfotable and the room was warm.

rien sur le site ne dit qu'il faut aller chercher les clefs dans un hĂŽtel Ă  3 kilomĂštres de l'apparthotel. heureusement heureuse initiative du rĂ©ceptionniste qui m'a appelĂ© 10 mn avant mon arrivĂ©e Ă  l'apparthotel. la j'ai appris que je devais rapporter les clefs au mĂȘme endroit or il existe une boite au lettre dans le hall de l'apparthotel! en entrant dans le hall odeur d'Ă©gout et d'humiditĂ©; dans la chambre humiditĂ© au plafond de la salle de bain et marque de cette humiditĂ© au plafond. de plus le lavabo est cassĂ© avec une partie avec une grande Ă©caille de porcelaine Ă  l’intĂ©rieur disparu ce qui le rend dangereux. le radiateur Ă©lectrique accolĂ© Ă  la baignoire est en partie dĂ©tachĂ© du mur ;

Nous n'avons pas eu l'info pour passer chercher la clĂ© Ă  l'hotel des poĂȘtes. Nous avons appris en prenant la clĂ© que nous Ă©tions logĂ©s Ă  un autre endroit. L'installation Ă©lectrique du logement Ă©tait partiellement en dĂ©faut : plusieurs interrupteurs ne fonctionnaient pas (dont celui situĂ© Ă  la porte d'entrĂ©e), ainsi qu'une prise Ă©lectrique. On aurait apprĂ©ciĂ© qu'il y ait de quoi se faire un cafĂ© ou un thĂ© avec la bouilloire.

je ,'ai pas été prévenu qu'il fallait récupérer la clef de l'appartement a L'hÎtel qui se trouvait a 1,1km en haut de Chartres ( chargé avec mes bagages) puis on m'a donné la mauvaise clef ce qui m'a valu de refaire 1 km de marche chargé . LA chambre de de volets ( obligé de mettre des serviettes, trÚs vétuste mais propre et en centre ville.

e déconseille fortement

Un accueil Ă  1,8km de l’hĂŽtel donc prise de clĂ©s 1,8km retour de clĂ©s idem aprĂšs arriver Ă  la chambre 2 petits lit appel attente 20 minutes pour me dire on peu rien faire on viendra demain pas de changement de linge entre 2 nuits confort trĂšs modeste pas de services

IdĂ©alement placĂ© dans le vieux Chartres, trĂšs calme tout se fait Ă  pieds,top. Par contre des petits amĂ©nagements dans le studio s’imposent:couvertures rĂ©centes couverts pour 3 et non pour 2(bols etc circuit Ă©lectrique Ă  revoir, lampes qui sautent plusieurs fois. Pas de cafetiĂšre . Le reste RAS Sa majestĂ© cathĂ©drale incite Ă  revenir,

Mauvaises surprises

Pour commencer aller chercher les clefs à 20 minutes à pied dans un autre hotel pour pouvoir rentrer dans le logement avec les valises ce n'est pas trÚs agréable. Mais le plus fùcheux à été de constater que le ménage n'est pas fait entre 2 locations : Les draps ne sont pas changés les serviettes de toilettes a terre en boule , le sol manifestement pas lavé depuis longtemps. C'est vraiment décevant et bien dommage
