Gateway to the Auvergne Volcanic Regional Nature Park, Châtel-Guyon is a charming town renowned for its thermal baths, but also for its beautiful natural setting. Halfway between the plain of Limagne and the massif Combrailles, the village stretches along the river Sardon.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €250 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

• Parking: private outdoor parking is available for an additional fee
• Thermal Spa: includes a 150 m² thermal pool, outdoor hot tub, hammams, and more (access for guests aged 16+; charges apply). Guests booking à la carte treatments or packages enjoy complimentary half-day access to the thermal pool, whirlpool, outdoor solarium, hammams, experiential showers, black-light relaxation room, and herbal tea lounge (subject to availability).
• Please Note: This establishment is not suitable for children.
• Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday from 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM; Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
• Open Dates: March 8 to December 7, 2025.

• Restaurant: open daily for breakfast (6:30–10:00 AM), lunch (12:00–2:00 PM), and dinner (7:00–9:00 PM). Serves seasonal and regionally inspired cuisine with options for all dietary needs, including gluten-free and plant-based. Breakfast features a buffet with a wide selection of ingredients.
