You cannot beat this location! The house was lovely and perfectly situated. The check in process was seamless - they were very very informative and helpful. We were so happy we booked again. One of the better vacation rentals we have done.
Location Location LocationLovely cottage âŠgreat for children and adults alike.Great amenities.Dark out shades in the bedrooms would be a great addition. The co-host Del Mar Properties was very responsive
My husband and I stayed at this lovely property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is extremely comfortable, clean, and just off Main Street in Chatham. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make an excellent meal. The bedrooms are very comfortable - a master on the first floor with its own bathroom, as well as two bedrooms on the second floor, which are equally comfortable. If you have young children, there is a bit of outdoor space for them as well as a small beach at the end of the street.Iâve been visiting the Cape since I was a young child, and my husband and I lived for a time on Marthaâs Vineyard, so the Cape and islands are very special to us. Anytime spent on the Cape, in any season is wonderful. Many thanks to Delmar. They are so accommodating and always available should you have any questions or concerns. We have never had any issues with any Delmar property on the Cape. Cheers!
