Tucked off the street and accessible by a paved pathway, Nomad is the most private home in Atomic Ridge. Perfect for groups or couples with 4 beds and 2 baths. An easy 7 minute drive will bring you to Chattanooga`s hip Southside scene while 15 minutes away is historic Lookout Mountain where you can enjoy Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and many more outdoor activities are within a 15 minute drive. Don`t forget to check out the historic site of the Battle of Missionary Ridge just a short walk from Atomic Ridge.

Our home has one dedicated parking space and one guest space in the community. Any additional vehicles may park along the street if space is available. Parking is closely monitored by residents so please be courteous and only use your 2 available spots.

While enjoying your stay in this Airbnb, we recommend taking a few simple precautions to ensure a comfortable experience and to minimize the appearance of ants. Keep food sealed in airtight containers, clean up crumbs and spills immediately, and dispose of trash properly. Avoid leaving food in sleeping areas. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone!

-No events are allowed.

- No pets are allowed.

- If any policy (including events or pets) is violated there will automatically be a $150
charge and be reported to Airbnb for possible termination of reservation.

- Left Behind Items: Guest is responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $50 convenience fee, for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 7 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.

- Please note that this unit can not receive mail and there is no key for the mailbox on site.

We had a fantastic stay here. We decided to drive up to Chattanooga for a quick weekend get away worn our family of 6. Luckily this place was available and it was perfect for us. The host was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. The location was perfect and super close to Southside. We enjoyed exploring the area and eating at some fantastic restaurants close by. The house was perfect and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay!

My family and I had a quick trip to Chatanooga for a wedding. Our other house we rented had been flooded and they cancelled on us 5 days before. This was available and way better than the other one! It's 10 minutes from the airport. It's in a quiet area and has lots of space. It was perfect for us.

I loved this property. It was perfect for a girls' weekend and I would highly recommend again. We did have issue with the tv however we were able to get in contact with the owners right away. We were out of the rental most of the time so it wasn't that big of an issue.

Great View/ convenient location

The view was nice and the location for us was great being so close to our childrens home. We followed instructions to keep the HVAC on the same mode but apparently setting the temp does not override the "programed setting" so the downstairs stayed freezing (58 in the am) and the upstairs incredibly hot. Rather than make a fuss we got a space heater so we could tolerate downstairs. I don't think the baseboards have ever been cleaned (I have pictures if you are interested). The upstairs master is very gracious but bedroom 2 and bath were designed for the skullery maid. There were a few more things but my suggestion is the owner speak with the managment company. If you, the owner, want more information you can certainly request my phone number from the managment company. I am an owner/broker of a real estate firm and I would want my owners to know first hand what they are paying the cleaning crew to do. Please share my number so the next guest can be comfortable.

Perfect for our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Atomic Ridge. It's a very new, modern, clean, and secure complex. We were very pleased with our unit's location, as it is a corner end unit, so it was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the upstairs top floor, and with the sitting room and TV, the kids were able to get up and entertain themselves giving Mom and Dad a few extra winks. A few notes for parents and other guests. There are a LOT of stairs. So, for those with issues climbing, take note. One will definitely get their steps in going from the bottom floor to the top floor, and with our children forgetting things in their room, there was a lot of up and down. Waze, Google Maps, and Uber all seem to have issues with locating the new Atomic Ridge private road. Before traveling, I looked online to orient myself and looked at pictures which helped us zero in on the arrival location specifically to get to the gate. There was a party staying clearly also having issues trying to direct their Uber/Lyft driver to the gate. Location-wise, this property is really easy to stay at as it was 10 minutes driving to where we needed to go whether that was downtown, or across the river. We really enjoyed the ease of the stay, the location, and the unit. Would highly recommend this location and look forward to future stays. There's a lot to explore in the area and we can't wait to get back.
