The bed was old and uncomfortable…worn out as were the linens. The floor was sticky. The bathroom had mold and was gross. The bathroom faucet was not functioning so I could not shower. No face cloths provided. The safety latch on the door was broken off. The heater was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep.

The staff was excellent. The room needed help. The heater was plugged into an outlet that did not have a cover. The TV did not work unless you unplugged it replugged it in and did adjustments for about 5 minutes. There is no hot water in the sink l. The shower had hot water for one person only. It was nice to have a microwave and a fridge in the room along with a coffee machine.

The bed creaked every time i moved. It was hard and uneven. The table had 3 wheels instead of 4. I sent a message asking them to fix it and they ignored me. There was no toilet paper holder. I checked at 4am

Room had an odor. There was a big hole in the ceiling with a towel shoved in it. The bathroom door panel was torn off an there look like what was whwher some one kicked a whole in it. There were no towel racks in the bathroom and holes in the wall where it was. The toilet paper roll dispenser was also torn off the wall and no place for the toilet paper. Coffee maker was this cheezy 1 cupper and someone before me put coffee grounds in the water dispenser and clogged it. Staff didnt check before I came. People were constantly walking back and forth all night long in the room above. It was a place for me to stay during an event and it was just adequate but I dont think I will book here again. Staff was good and accommodating though.
