Grandview #523 -The GrandView - Lake View 523 condo is a beautifully appointed waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full luxury bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.  *Please note: the fireplace is not available for guest use*

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Love staying at Grandview on the Lake! This was my first time in a one bedroom... usually stay in 2 bedroom... really missed having a closets, a place for suitcases and washer/dryer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was in good condition, staff was nice, would have been nice to have daily housekeeping for the price we paid, $250 a night and we had to make our own bed or empty our trash can. Will stay again but will also look around for more options in town.
