Grandview #524 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor serene waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony with comfortable seating, while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, full bath with rain shower, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a queen sofa-sleeper and queen Murphy bed in the spacious living room. The newly updated floors in the condo give a fresh clean feel. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  Walk downtown for dinner, 5 minutes driving distance to multiple wineries, or relax at the condo poolside utilizing the pool bar/cafe.

The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Enjoy local food, wine tasting, water and trail recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

It was a great stay, however there were no pillows or sheets for hide a bed. We called and waited and we were told no pillowcases and then we were given a duvet cover and a blanket.The parking was also a bit difficult. Great unit, great location

Spent three nights with my three kids. The Murphy bed and sofa sleeper were perfect for my kids. The view overlooking the water is awesome. My kids loved jumping off the dock into the water. The location is perfect - just across the bridge from dining and shopping. We had an awesome trip.

Good location, clean and comfortable

The unit was well kept, and it had necessary utensils. (would be nice to have more dinner plates). The location was good. There was construction work and the pool was closed, but it was off season, and hope they complete the work soon. The balcony and the view was very good.

Check-in process could be faster

We like the property and being in downtown with a lakeview was perfect. Given that the property is booked through Vrbo and was already paid, I believe the check-in process and access to the room could improve specially during peak times.
