This is a basement flat with its own private entrance. There is a one king size bed in bedroom, open kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, which can be easily turned into a comfortable double bed. Completely newly furbished kitchen, Bosch fridge, wash machine and dishwasher etc. 50 Yards away from high street and Brewery, enjoy all the buzz and convenience of legend Cheltenham town, yet a quiet spot from crowds. Free parking space at Oxford Passage Way entrance, with fence in one side, and wall in another side. I have only started hosting since middle of Nov. 2022, from one room of the main house, but I have been rewarded #TravellerReviewAwards2023 by the Booking. Com Very pleased that all the efforts are recognised, and I hope guests will like my place.
I enjoy travelling around the world, also enjoy welcoming people all around the world to Cheltenham
Strolling to the high street, you can enjoy like a locals, popular Brewery, classic Montpellier, numerous restaurants, lovely art galleries. A46/A4019 is just around the corner if you want to take chance to enjoy Cotswolds.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The apartment is not ready although we arrived at 6pm, the key is not in the box as mention. The apartement is not yet clean from the previous rent. We have to wait for another 1 hour for the owner to clean it and it is not very clean since it is done in a hurry. The Heater in the bath room is not working, the carpert on the floor seem old and need to be replace. Eventhough Candice the owner responsed very fast, there are still alot of things that can be done more propper.The only Good things is the location of the apartement is very near to the city center, restaurant and shops.
