It is one of few places in the city that is fit for business travel. Clean and quiet. Buffet style breakfast is offered from 6AM if you can't skip it. No other place nearby to eat meal at such hours. Caveat - food items do not change all year round.

Second time using hotel lacky. First was for our wedding when we booked a few rooms for our guests who came from the US to celebrate with us. We got to use the standard room this time instead of the suite when we got married. The room is super clean with great amenities and very quiet. Probably the best hotel in cheongju. Room is probably smaller if your used to hotels in the US but is pretty standard for many Asian hotels.

The clearness is a problem of this hotel. I have dog allergies and dust mite allergy. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Whenever I enter the room, I had a runny nose severely. Without my nasal spray, I couldn’t sleep. The facilities are okay compared to other hotels in Cheongju. The location is perfect.

For a short business trip to Cheonju, this hotel was fine. Nothing fancy but it is clean and bright, the room is a good size and the location is good in terms of access to restaurants and malls. It has a convenient laundry room and quite a good gym on the third floor. The breakfast is okay and the service is Korean style, formal polite and professional.

Only for the business with near companies

The room is very narrow, then your expectation within the price range. And the breakfast, they spread some dishes, poor quality and the worst is no egg fries.. They named cooking station or something but put cold egg scramble which you never know when it was cooked. for late check out, I stayed here for a week and when I asked them for late check-out they told me they will charge extra 10 USD per hour. Crazy place.

Front desk personnel wouldn’t provide an iron & board first day, had to go to laundry room to iron first weeks clothes. Very immature for a hotel!!! Also they do not provide a copy of your day to day billing. Expedia- I need a day to day breakdown of my room rates and taxes to get REIMBURSED by my company ! Please send it to me ASAP...Also breakfast was not included, what a shame!!!

The lacky hotel was not good impression to me, the worst of things was breakfast. They dont fill up the food and beverage even though the time was still left. Reception guy was unfriendly. :( . The towel was not arranged good. I would not stay again.

Excellent hotel. Modern, clean, friendly staff

Excellent hotel. Bed was comfortable and firm. Room was perfect temperature. Staff was friendly and attentive. Facility was clean and modern. We only stayed one night but ventured out for some drinks and we felt safe and there were plenty of restaurants open till late that was walking distance.

Lacky hotel at Cheongju, Korea.

Overall, pretty good, but there are some areas of improvement, more towards the “software” side, such as assigning the rooms of the party to the same floor and close proximity. Also heard the breakfast could be better.
