How close is Hotel Orlovetz to downtown Pamporovo?
I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks.
The hotel itself is greatâthe rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay.
The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasnât nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests. Another issue was that they stopped bringing out fresh food by 7:40â8:00 PM, even though dinner is supposed to be served until 9:00 PM.
One of the biggest disappointments for a 5-star hotel was the heating system. Thereâs no way to control the temperature in the roomâit runs on a central system and was unbearably hot. When we asked about it, we were simply told to open the windows, which is not what youâd expect from a luxury hotel.
Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the hotel doesnât quite live up to a true 5-star standard in terms of service and amenities.
It is not clean, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, plates, dirty , the breakfast weak ,the food and drinks are not put new if they finish . The location and the staff at the door were good.
Unbelievable hotel to stay in we booked an apartment and the room and view were absolutely magnificent, very helpful and friendly staff who could do enough for you, customer service at its highest level, week done hotel Orlovetz.. we will come back
