QUE ME REGRESEN MI DINERO, HOTEL APESTA A CAÑO

La habitación con olor a caño fue horrible estar en esa habitación y no hubo manera de que nos cambien, les pedí le pusieran algo y nuestra sorpresa fue que al regresar NO HICIERON LA LIMPIEZA del cuarto, bajé a recepción y el chico que me atendió me dijo que no había nadie que lo pueda limpiar y mucho menos un gerente que pueda atender mi queja, eran las 8 de la noche nos metimos a bañar y a las 9 volvimos a salir y al regresar imaginé que por "servicios" iban a subir a limpiar el cuarto y a nadie le interesó, a la salida le comentamos nuevamente a la recepcionista y dijo "ok lo reporto ya que no hay ningún gerente que le pueda atender, es domingo". NO QUIERO MÁS BIEN EXIGO LA DEVOLUCÍON DE MI DINERO, cuarto apesta a mialda y aún así no lo limpiaron en las 2 noches que estuvimos hospedados
