Although the breakfast spread was limited but it was delicious and pretty! Welcome drink was tasty too and came with a lovely snack. The room was clean and the staff were polite. Stayed in a junior suite which has a small balcony that has very limited view.

We've stayed at this property in the past and with as many guests as they likely see, they remembered us. Consistent service, well equipped accomodations and clean. The included breakfast is a nice touch if you don't want to venture out for food in the morning. Within walking distance of a few Spas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family, and will always see if they have availability when coming to Chiang Mai in the future.
