Everything about this Room was nice ! AC Was on point! Shower felt amazing, pillows are very comfortable. Walking distance to the main streets, two 7 eleven 6 min away. For our activities the shuttles were able to find us no problem. 9 min from airport was very convenient! Staff is amazing ! Breakfast was included. They were able to hold our bags after check out. And my favorite part , were the koi fish !!

This is a very low key friendly hotel. It is a very small hotel with the basic amenities, but the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Am, Koy, Jo and Lew are excellent at their jobs, and they made the visit to the Gord very enjoyable.

Staff are friendly, very accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. Restaurant had great drink and food options at very reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious, clean and had everything we needed. For those who prefer firm beds, this is the hotel for you. Location is great. Staff are patience, polite and very helpful. Breakfast has a few good variety to choose from. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient. After showering, water tend to flow out of the shower area into the other part of the toilet making the floor a bit slippery. Overall experience is good.

A perfect place to stay in Old Town

We loved having Gord Chiang Mai as our home base while exploring the city. The rooms were modern, clean, with a big comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with good water pressure. The complementary breakfast that was included with our room was a great way to start each day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and easy to walk to the Old Town temples during the day and the weekend night markets. Bonus there is a sweet and delicious chocolate shop across the street which we made a point to visit each afternoon. We will be back!
