There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe. Public spaces have free WiFi. Kim House also features tour/ticket assistance, a garden, and coffee/tea in a common area.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Chiang Mai guesthouse.
Short walk to Anusarn Market and to restaurants around the river Ping and the iron bridge. Local bars and entertainments are also close by.
The building is situated further in the back, away from the street, so you won't be bothered by traffic noises. The property has a main gate to the street that is locked at night, and you are provided with the keys when you check in. This makes it really safe.
This is a mom-and-pop, family business. They keep things minimal for the low cost, but everything is tidy and in fair condition.
And to add to many charms of Chiang Mai and its people, I got to say hi and do a little chitchat with father of the owner almost every morning.
