We checked in, great apartment , central location and very clean ! We left a 200.00 deposit with a representative for Damages and on check, we were then told of a 12.00 Euros charge for gas, and extra charges for towels ! . Never mentioned and never documented anywhere . My husband Italian after a very uncomfortable exchange with the representative who was very rude , eventually refunded our full deposit . Be Careful .

L'appartamento in ottima e tranquilla posizione. Lo consiglierei se non fosse per la pulizia pessima dei locali (tranne il bagno), nonostante le raccomandazioni effettuate telefonicamente a chi di competenza (signora A) qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo.in sede di consegna chiavi di rilascio appartamento, la suddetta signora Adalgisa, ci voleva far pagare i consumi del gas calcolati a euro 3 al metro cubo, anzichè euro 2, come da prenotazione effettuata su Booking. distinti salut

Belle vacanze ,mare e relax

L' appartamento e' molto grande e comodo al centro che e' a pochi metri e al mare che dista circa 150 metri .La casa e' dotata di vari elettrodomestici ,lenzuola ,bianchera in buon numero .La casa si trova in un condomio molto tranquillo e benche' circondata da altri palazzi e' silenziosa e fresca .La signora che ci ha accolti e' stata molto gentile e disponibile sia all' arrivo che alla partenza .Speriamo di ritornare ancora in questa casa poiche' c' e' piaciuta molto .

Siamo stati in questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene ! La casa e' tranquilla,molto pulita ,grande ed accogliente .C' e' un' ottima dotazione di biancheria e di asciugamani .Nella casa sono presenti molti accessori per la cucina .Benche' si trovi in mezzo ad altri condomini ,la casa e' molto tranquilla e silenziosa,il mare e' a 150 metri e il centro a 50!La signora che ci ha accolto e' stata molto gentile !Ci piacerebbe tornarci !

La casa è molto più accogliente di quanto non sembri dalle foto.La posizione è centrale ma nonostante ciò silenziosa.Ha superato le mie aspettative.L'unica pecca è data dal riscaldamento che a causa degli infissi datati deve funzionare sempre, se si vuole stare al caldo.Alla fine quindi ci siamo trovati, com'era prevedibile, a dover pagare delle spese per il riscaldamento piuttosto alte.Comunque se si vuole passare una vacanza rilassante è il posto ideale per farlo.Ci torneremo.

Pluspunkte: sehr zentral, relativ kurze Wege zu Geschäften, Bäckereien und den wunderschönen Bogengängen. Ca 2 min Fussweg zum Bahnhof(wir reisten mit der Bahn) sehr geräumige Whg mit einer großen Wohnküche. Es war alles drin was man brauchte.Betten sehr gut.Frau XXX sehr nett(Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos) Minuspunkt: durch das enge Bauen dort war die Whg sehr dunkel. Das war für mich als sehbehinderter Mensch schwierig.Balkonmöbel uralt und nicht nutzbar.kein wlan

La casa offre ottimo spazio living. Le camere sono i grandi dimensioni. La cucina è molto accessoriata. Ottimo il numero di biancheria da bagno e letto fornita. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita e profumata.

Bella vacanza

Ottima posizione e ottima dotazione per la cucina è la biancheria. Gravissima mancanza: al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era gelido (era più caldo fuori che dentro) in quanto pare che il riscaldamento fosse spento da più di due mesi. Abbiamo sofferto il freddo per due giorni pur con il riscaldamento alla massima potenza. Abbiamo consumato più metano (da pagare a parte) in quei due giorni che nei restanti cinque. Questo fatto lo reputo inaccettabile. Fortunatamente non avevamo bambini! Secondo problema, lo smaltimento dei rifiuti: il condominio non è provvisto dei bidoni nei quali depositare all’occorrenza la spazzatura differenziata. Si deve portare in strada la sera prima a secondo della tabella esposta. Ovviamente può capitare di avere roba e non poterla scaricare perché non c’è o non ci sarà un giorno utile.
