Great Group Place to Stay

This place perfectly suited our group of 7 adults meeting up from multiple states. We were able to walk to meals and events for most of the trip because the neighborhood is great! The space itself is spacious and well accommodating. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and take in the city.

The booking and check-in process are unnecessarily difficult- sending instructions a hour before is not sufficient for people traveling from out of town. Please consider sending 12 or 24 hours in advance like other rentals.Very basic amenities. Not recommended for anyone infirm since the building is old and the stairs reflect the age. There is a hand rail inside.

Perfect location for quick Chicago getaway

We were nervous booking a place in Chicago not knowing the area well but were very happy with the space, location and affordability of this place. The big open area in the center was perfect to gather, while the bedrooms were separated allowing for peace and quiet. Easy walking distance to coffee shops and shopping. The rooftop offers a great view of the skyline especially at night. Very responsive property manager.

Nice, but could use some work

The apartment is modern and stylish, but needs some touch up paint and working blinds. The bunk bed room had very comfortable and cozy beds. We didn’t use the beds in the front bedroom as they were uncomfortable. Location was fine and close to the L. All in all, not bad for the price, but no extra touches.
