Cubs Fan is a Fan

Cubs legend Ernie Banks is known for his famous quote, "Let's play two!" and that's how we feel about this property. We'd definitely come back for another stay. It was perfect for our father-son weekend.

Great location with easy access to Wrigley, Public Transportation or a short Uber ride anywhere. A few fun bars and restaurants around the corner. Perfect for a couple or single. Unit was clean and had everything you would need for your Chicago adventure.

Chicago Stay

The room is cute and cozy. The amenities were nice and well thought out. The host was responsive to all inquiries promptly. The only issue was that the breaker went out twice. The host fixed the breaker the first time because I was off the property; however, I was able to fix it the second time due to the host's previous instructions. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Week at apt. 106

The apartment overall was a fantastic location and a nice stay. Twice when we went to use the microwave, a fuse got tripped and we had to get it flipped back as the fuse box was not in the apartment. Yanks did an excellent job of getting it fixed as quickly as possible. This would NOT deter us from staying here again!

The host was so accommodating when our flight was super early before check in time. We reached out and he allowed us to drop our luggage off at the apartment early! So amazing!! Perfect spot with walkable establishments!

The property was comfortable and the host was an excellent communicator. My stay was around the time of graduations and high demand for places to stay which drove prices at most places way up. This property was reasonably priced amidst all that. Only minor drawback was the occasionally “heavy footed” neighbors above
not a huge issue.

Great spot with everything I needed for my two night stay. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the very heavy fragrance. It gave me a bit of a headache.

Really basic where you couldn't easily have a couple of relatives come over for a visit. Couch funky, not many simple chairs. The carpet in the halls, especiall the stairs were embarrassing.Was reasonably priced.

Nice place.

I would stay here again maybe, my one reservation being the use of extremely aromatic fabric softener (Downy? or Fabreze?) in the sheets. The odor, while aromatically inoffensive, was so over-powering, it made it hard to fall asleep. So this was a nice place to stay, but the over the top use of fabric softener will keep me away from another stay there.
