We stayed here for 3 nights and our AC wasn’t heated, and we called the front desk, they told us they will send someone to fix it later but never came. I was shaking after the shower and night while I was sleeping. Even the shower wasn’t hot neither.

The view I “Had” til my birthday (but it’s okay) lol I loved it 😍. Staff (managers) were very accommodating to any issues. The bartender Zeus was very welcoming and nice to me (great conversation/service). Food was good and Drinks were amazing 9.2/10. I appreciate their concern for safety as well and o will definitely be back. They made my 1st experience here in Chicago pretty special and I thank you.☺️

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even getting us into our room hours before our check in time. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of Michigan Avenue. The hotel itself is in a central location and perfect for getting around the city. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed with my teen for a quick holiday getaway. Superb staff service from time of arrival until departure. We arrived later on a Friday night and were quickly greeted by staff and walked through the self check-in process and amenities available at the hotel along with room features. It was our first time staying at a Marriot citizenM and we appreciated the modernity and efficiency of the room. Breakfast had a great combination of hot foods, fresh fruit and beverages. Location in Chicago is perfect for walking and catching public transit. We are already planning our return.

The best part of this hotel is it’s clean, location, and the staff is fantastic. The room is tiny but super functional for everything you need. Cleanliness is important to me and our room was spotless. My only complaints are we only got 2 pillows for a king room ( called the front desk and got 2 more) and needed more wash clothes and had towels.

The Bar.. it was bad. I ordered 2 nachos with just chicken and cheese. They made them wrong two times. The last time they brought them out it was wrong again but I just took it and walked off. Yes it was busy. But 3 different people took my order back to the kitchen and it still came out wrong. One ended up only being cheese and chips. Every thing else was cool as usual. It’s actually our go to hotel when we visit Chicago.
