I had to travel to Chicago on short notice from Canada due to a serious illness in the family. I called and spoke with Monica Wood who could not have been more understanding, compassionate, empathetic, professional and kind. She was extremely patient with my multiple phone calls to her and she helped me book two rooms directly with her as the main call center was very busy and I was placed on hold for long periods of time. Upon our arrival the following day, the front desk staff were efficient and we were checked in without issue. Our rooms were clean and tidy and we found the beds to be very comfortable after our ten hour drive to Chicago. We stayed four nights, and our entire experience at Willowbrook was pleasant and without any issues. I very much appreciated that the fitness centre has 24 hour access. I was happy to meet Monica in person and she is even more lovely in person than she is over the phone. Monica and her team deserve be recognized for their commitment and excellence to customer service. Monica made staying at Willowbrook as comfortable an experience as possible for us during a very trying time for myself and my family.

The room was smelling; the lines we seem used before. I could not use pillow from smell. I cover Taul. Chain for curtain bring down, was broke, I could not darken the room. Heater was so loud, I could not study. I went to sit in lobby. It is not a Marriot Standard at all.
