Upon arrival, they did not have my reservation.Luckily, I had my confirmation from expedia, so they went ahead and got me a room.My room was never cleaned.I was there 42 nights, and no one even came to make the bed

I stayed here after nearly all flights out of Chicago were canceled, so I'm sure it was an unexpectedly busy night. But everyone at the hotel--front desk, maintenance, and shuttle drivers--was patient, kind, and helpful. It made a frustrating day and night much easier to handle.
