LIVING ROOM
- walk into the living room with a projector and a dedicated workspace (desk and comfortable chair).

KITCHEN
- the bright, fully stocked kitchen can seat up to 8 people at a time.
- has everything you can think of to cook the perfect family meal: pots, pans, toaster, kitchen cutlery, coffee maker, bowls, kid-friendly cups & silverware, you name it.

QUEEN SUITE 1
The upper level bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and is stocked with interesting books.

JUNIOR SUITE
The 2nd upper level bedroom has 3 single beds (bunk beds and a trundle), and is stocked with children's books and toys.

OUTDOOR DECK
Down the hall, open the door to access a large and spacious deck, standing over a beautiful large patio -- perfect for gatherings and some outdoor quality time.

LAUNDRY
Downstairs, you will have full access to a private laundry room.

BAR AREA
On the other side of the French doors, you will see a beautiful bar & TV -- wind down, catch all the games over some drinks, or enjoy hosting large groups.

BATHROOM 2
Both of the upper & lower bathrooms have spa lights, mirrors, and elegant lighting.

QUEEN SUITE 2
Down the hall, there will be another bedroom, with a queen sized bed and closet space.

MOVIE ROOM
Further down the hall is the Movie Room -- 3 futons, 2 small beds -- with a movie projector and a Foosball table. This room can comfortably sleep 4-6 people (depending on size).

BACKYARD
Walk out into this garden oasis with a beautiful patio setup to enjoy the outdoors. Soak in the sun, drink some coolers, and hang out in the hot tub with your company. Break into a sweat, and try out our new sauna (follow instructions for adding water & heating!).

We hope you love this space we uniquely designed for your enjoyment.

1. Hot tub does not heat when below 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

Location is great - walkable to some lovely coffee shops & fun local places to eat. It was a very easy drive to downtown (15 minutes or so!) We are now fans of this area. The home has a lot of curb appeal, charming backyard with a hot tub (perfect for relaxing!) The hosts were friendly, hospitable & very responsive if we had a question.

Chicago Bach Trip

Check in was super easy. Everybody was able to park, unpack, and find permanent parking spots. Two car garage, rest of parking is about a block away. Kitchen had everything we needed, and they provided a propane tank as one was not hooked up when we arrived. Overall quality of space lists it as being able to host up to 12. We ended up with 10. If your party has a lot of couples the space is not that optimal. Two full rooms with beds for a couple, the rest of the beds are assorted around, so if you have more that 3 sets of couples living arrangements are cramped. There are many things that could have used repair, such as toilet seats, shade canopy, projectors (which we were warned about and offered to have replaced.) Neighborhood was pleasant and quaint, and though we tried our best to be respectful, I imagine we were too loud at times late at night— we did not hear a word from our neighbors. Which I imagine there are many location where folks would have the cops called on the immediately after 10 or 11 PM, so that was nice. There were rats in the neighborhood
 but it is a big city. That will happen. Overall things worked out well, but if we had a larger group, or more couples, I would have been stressed about this location and accommodation for everyone. The hosts were helpful and communicative.

Great Hosts, Great Property, Great Location

Before and throughout the trip the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We fully booked the house and there was plenty of room for us in the common areas and backyard. The neighborhood around also has an excellent coffee shop, bar, and food areas within walking distance. Next time I bring a group to the Bridgeport area I’ll definitely try to book this property again

We had an awesome stay. Perfect place for a large group where you can chill out together after touring around the city. The neighborhood is quiet. It has 2-carport indoor garage. The property manager responded right away if you have any questions.

Great location!

5 coworkers and I cane to the area for business at the McCormick Place. Though, we knew it was too far of a walk, we preferred this location over other offerings closer to our meetings. The listing is very accurate. The property is clean with everything needed to cook and hangout. The host is very responsive and timely. It was a positive to have the private garage for parking as well. All in all a great option if coming to downtown Chicago. Only a few miles(20 min) to be in the loop. Thank You to the host for offering this location!

Wonderful neighborhood/location

Clean property with space for two small families, upstairs and downstairs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, with a nice local coffee shop within walking distance. Host was very helpful with local attractions, restaurant recommendations, etc. When the garage remote wasn't working, he came right away to repair it as we were using our car every day.
