Overall, really enjoyed the hotel and it had everything we needed. Walls were a little scuffed and could have used some touch ups. But it was very clean and close to the subway

Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option.

Very Spacious (Superior two-bedroom apt). Amazing views from the ninth floor. Had everything appliance we needed. Never even need to resupply from the community cabinets. The blinds are not private enough. If you have lights on inside, you can see through easily. The bathroom has a thicker set of blinds but poses the same problem. It's embarrassing to be seen across from other apartment buildings. Also there were some electrical issues in our bedroom/bathroom. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work properly. One of the light fixtures would lose power intermittently. Along with another lamp in the bedroom not working properly.

Sonder how disappointing…

The blinds in the room we were staying in were practically see through. We brought this to the attention of the Sonder team and they offered us small credit to our account. We had to find and buy eye masks to sleep and make sure we changed in the bathroom only as literally there was no privacy from the apartments opposite. Effectively the room was not fit for purpose but by this point we had no other practical choices. We did not make a big fuss and we did not ask for a any more more than the money offered we thought we'd be reasonable and these things happen. Then when we chased the credit to our credit card we were told that it was a credit or future bookings and this was time limited and that this could not be changed as the transaction was already made. Spookily, we got the email from Sonder for the credit at the exact same time... no good to us... feel like we have been conned... It is only when things go wrong you see the true worth of a company and Sonder showed its true colours.

Property was convenient and clean. Overall great experience. Street meter parking could be a headache during parking hours but it’s a city thing. Also the incidental feee is a bit confusing with how it’s returned.
