Close to O'Hare which was great since we had several folks coming and going at different times. One bedroom was in the basement. A little disappointed with the level of "renovation". A good value if you need all 4 bedrooms but not new or super clean. Luggage racks in bedrooms would be nice so that bags don't end up on the floor. Host was really easy to work with, agreeable, and responsive. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook most things including lots of supplies and ingredients.

We ended up not cooking or preparing meals while there but everything was set up nicely if we had. Numerous places to eat close by and rooms were very comfortable. I’m not sure when I will be back down to Illinois again but if we do, we’d would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at this house and had an amazing experience. The house was really organized and well designed, making it an amazing place to spend time at. The host was amazing, responding quickly whenever I had questions and providing detailed directions that really helped me make the most of my stay. Highly recommend!

House was in good condition with a nice smell throughout. Instructions were left around the house, which made it easy to know what was expected. We got snow the morning of our departure and someone was out scooping the driveway for us, nice and early! Would recommended!

Many amenities were provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including lots of towels, mirrors in all bedrooms, hair dryers in both bathrooms, all kitchen supplies and appliances, coffee/tea, and even a motion sensor for security in the driveway. One of the bedrooms is downstairs with its own living space (with TV) and bathroom. This was a perfect “apartment” for our adult son to stay in. House was warm and comfortable.Best of all, the host was extremely responsive and receptive to a couple small suggestions I made. Would stay there again.

Dance Nationals

We were in town a national dance competition. Our stay included parents, kids and grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space to rest and relax between competitions. This is located near great shops/ restaurants. Host was amazing and look forward to staying again.

Rockin’ good time!

We had two of our kids involved with a rick concert at the Allstate Arena. So we picked this listing due to its closeness to the arena. It worked out perfectly! Family met here before the show and easily transported to and from the arena. The house was just right for our group. Highly recommend this spot if you need accommodations in and around Ohare.

Beware of critters in the attic

House was fine and spacious BUT there are critters living in the attic. Freaked us out!! The property representative said they had a complaint from the previous guests so they called an exterminator and found squirrels. These were not squirrels, I would say they were a family of possums or raccoons by the loud thumping, scratching and screeching sounds they were making; kept my family up most of the night!! Thank goodness we only stayed over night because this would have been a miserable place to stay for vacation. It also smelled like pee which they tried to cover up with automatic air fresher sprayers. I think this was due to the animals living in the attic, I don't think this was newly discovered and unknown to the owners of the property. They need to address the issue as this is a big problem.
