Great (quiet) location, stunning gardens which can compete with any botanical garden, really friendly and helpful staff, and large enough accommodation to house 6 people with all the necessary facilities.

Flotte bassenger og fellesarealer/hager. God service stort sett overalt. Leiligheten vi bodde i var fin og fungerte godt. Mangler kaffemaskin. Kaffen på restaurantene ikke bra. Gymen var liten,men med nye apparater og fresh. Fikk ikke appen til bestilling ved sengene ved bassenget til å fungere. Veldig tungvint å få bestilt mat til leiligheten. Novo er et sted man MÅ ha bil for å ha litt fleksibilitet.

Excelente todo. El apartamento era enorme y súper cómodo. Dos cuartos, dos baños. Infinitamente mejor que cualquier cuarto de hotel y muchísimo más económico. El complejo está ubicado en la primera línea de mar. Se accede a la playa a través de un caminito muy corto. Lo súper recomiendo.

Maravillosa, tuvimos algún que otro problema pero se solucionó bien, y se le comunico al hotel y todo resultó. Todo el personal excelente, educado y muy sociable, todos es todos, socorristas, camareros, responsables, recepción, limpiadoras.

Schöne Anlage zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, grosse Apartments mit allem was es braucht. Top Garten und Pool Landschaft. etwas in die jahre gekommen aber sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

El apartamento es fantastico y esta en un lugar privilegiado. Como area de mejora, el servicio de limpieza tiene que ser mas meticuloso y tener en cuenta los horarios que hemos entregado los clientes para que el apartamento es vacio y puedan trabajar mejor.

Awesome weekend

The location is super beautiful, the area of Sancti Petri/ Chiclana is lovely. This hotel is of high class with what you would suspect of a 5 star hotel.

Apartamento espacioso, con terraza, al lado de la bonita playa de la Barrosa. Personal atento y amable. Jardines y espacios comunes amplios. Un lugar perfecto para descansar.

Pues he de decir que llegamos muy descontentos. Ofertan un alojamiento de cinco estrellas a precio de cinco estrellas, cuando realmente no es así. La limpieza sobre todo, nada más llegar tuvimos que llamar a recepción para subiera a limpiar algunas cosas, el sofá del comedor estaba lleno de pelos, igual sucedió cuando inspeccioné las camas, encontramos pelos en los cojines y protectores de colchón, un auténtico horror, y podría seguir . Al ir a pagar me dicen que son 1998€ ,cuando la reserva,que hize en Expedia era de 1900, luego pagué 1900€. Desde luego un desastre.para nada volveré y no aconsejaría este lugar. Si ofrecen un alojamiente de cinco estrellas, todo ha de ser de cinco estrellas y lo primero y más importante la limpieza, fundamental para nosotros.. Saludos.

Uitstekende accommodatie - ruime appartementen mooie zwembaden mooie ligging 100m van strand Zeer goed onderhouden Teleurstellend dat alle 5 de restaurants en kids club bijna alle dagen gesloten waren
