Detached Pet Friendly 650sf OneBedroom Garden Cottage with Central Heat and Air

Our brand new 650 sq foot and pet friendly detached Garden Cottage is our third one bedroom vacation home. We our proud to be continuous Premier Hosts for over 4 years. You can get lost in beautiful Bidwell Park just a couple hundred yards away yet be on Hwy 99 in two minutes. It offers a quiet setting surrounded by large trees, yet is in central Chico just minutes to everything. As are our other units, they are tastefully decorated and we provide you with all the details to make your trip easier.
Depending on times of the year, enjoy the fresh veggies in the backyard garden. Please feel free to spend time chipping in or adding to it.
Come enjoy our newest home dedicated to you. Go explore Bidwell Park on foot or bike just a few minute stroll. Downtown is just a 6 minute bike ride or just as quick drive. We offer all the little detail amenities from coffee bean, coffee maker, cooking utensils and toiletries. Check out all the photos!
