Our Nubian Sand Condo is in the exclusive Sugar Beach Condominium community.You will enjoy beautiful unobstructed beach front views and colorful tropical foliage.

This quiet, security patrolled location is conveniently located close to Christiansted, Sunny Isles Shopping Center and 20 minutes from the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. The beautiful white sandy beach is literally steps away from your condo where you can swim, snorkel or build those sand castles from your dreams.

The space
Nubian Sand features a one bedroom with a King size bedroom suite, one full bath, shower, central air conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, 55-inch T.V. in the living room and 50 inch in the bedroom.

The full kitchen has plenty of dishware, cookware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances, including microwave and a washer and dryer for your use. While lounging in the living room, just open the slider doors and enjoy the ocean breezes.

The patio is comfortably furnished for a wonderful evening of relaxation and dining.

Condo was clean and inviting .. property was well maintained and beach was exquisite! Pictures matched property and was meant to a lot of key stores and attractions. Renting car is recommended to get the full island experience. Host was easy to reach and helpful during our stay. In total we are looking to return and had a wonderful experience !

The property was partially renovated and poorly maintained. The A/C unit needs to be replaced, according to the host's contractor and has known the need for replacement for awhile. The air handler is on 24/7 but does not produce cold air in accordance with the thermostat.
Mold from HVAC intake vent.
Fire extinguisher expired August 2017.
Toilet seat broken and reported to owner. Never repaired during our stay.
TV in living room damaged from heat to screen.

Fantastic place

We had no issues checking in. The place was very nice and we utilized the amenities and they were excellent. Plus Ginger the mascot was a wonderful greeter. Highly recommend and will book again.

Great ocean views

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach. It was great they cleared seaweed every day unlike some of the adjacent properties. The condo looked just like the pictures. The host was quick to repsond. Our favorite spot was the back balcony.

Property is awesome watching the sunrise each morningThe shower handel is broken fell right off once, one of the light switchs in the bathroom also broken and falling offWhen We arrived the AC & hot water were NOT on after a couple days We noticed this and being Owners of a HVAC company in upstate NY My Husband was able to turn the AC on I'm sure the AC & the Hot Water were suppose to be on and someone did NOT do their job. The gate to the beach code We received was incorrect the lock box number We received also was incorrect. The sliding door to the balcony was off the tract and My Husband alo fixed that. We changed the batteries in the clock and to Our shock...the clock does not work. Other than that St.Croix is beautiful

Location is everything!

The unit is right on a private beach. There is lots of breeze which keeps the place cool. Christiansted is close as are grocery stores! Great place!

I would definitely stay here again. Great location and prompt responses from the host when needed. The thermostat was not accessible. The unit has AC throughout. It was slightly warm when we arrived but we were quite cold after a day or two.

Beautiful beach


The people in the complex were very nice and extremely helpful about where to eat and where to go. However, the owner was not as much. When we arrived to the property it was very dirty (trash under the bed, hair in shower, poop in toilet, crumbs in sink, etc. instead of fixing the issues she argued with me about the place being cleaned.

Perfect Paradise

View is Priceless...Soothes the Soul

This Condo was perfect for my 50th Birthday Vacay with my Hubs. The view is just so beautiful and mezmorizes you which makes it very hard to leave the balcony. Inside is just as perfect. It really has everything you need (the only thing missing was a box of tissues) The host was very easy to communicate with when neede. The pool is amazing and it's location to the condo is so convenient. The beach and snorkeling is just as great. We did explore alot of the Island but still have more to do on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
