Very nice property. Staff was nice. Room was nice. Only problem was the bed sheets had nasty stains and it was identified too late to courteously request help.

Booked for 4 guests. Only 2 towels. Requested more towels multiple times. Waited hours for them. Our golf cart was stolen from our charger station and we didn't get a replacement in over a day. Definitely overbooked vs staff and capabilities.

This resort is beautiful and easy to get to from Florida using Makers Air. The ladies at the reception desk make the whole experience perfect. They are welcoming and even offered to show me a couple of room upgrades, which I took. The resort is spotless and everything you need is in walking distance. The food was good and came out quickly. The waiters were slow compared to the waitresses. The cabana I stayed in had high in touches and included an outdoor shower. The spa was first class with massages and facials. Just a wonderful experience and a great way to relax.

This location is fabulous! The beach is a dream come true! Only the service at the restaurant (beautiful location by the way) is extremely slow. The waiters and waitresses are doing their very best, but the kitchen has definitely production issues...
