The staff was were hospitable especially Carlitta. She is an asset to your company. The room was spotless it looked picturesque and the young lady working the dinning room for breakfast on New Years Day needs to be commended for the effort and great job she did also

Best trip ever! My husband and I took my dad and his wife to the game and the hotel made everything better. The concierge allowed us to check in early which allowed us to explore the city, meet new people and start the trip off right. We were right next door to the players, met several of them and ended the night at the bar a few nights. Everyone was so wonderful to us and made us feel so special.

The room had a candy wrapper on the bedside table upon check in. The sheets were scratchy and not properly on the bed. I was facing the street side and the noise from the outside kept me up most of the night. The check in staff were nice.
