The neighborhood was off putting at first but ended up being pretty quiet . We had a nice stay and things went well.

ok for the price

Location was good to University- we had some problems to start with door code and Wifi code but it was solved in a reasonable amount of time- The house was ok but needs some work- it was clean and comfortable but had numerous "don't do this or that" signs in every room which made it feel very unwelcoming

We would stay again

The property was nice. The neighborhood was at first sight not the nicest but we had no problems and it was quiet and close to food. It is a cute little house and the free snacks were a nice touch as well as pac-man!

Quick trip

Great location for in-between Kentucky and Tennessee. Cute little house. The bedroom with king bed was a bit hard for my spouse and my liking. There was no tv in that room. The gaming area was great. Overall quiet area, great for a quick getaway

The neighborhood is really quiet. The house has a home like feel to it, very comfy. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Neighborhood not so great. Neighbors definitely need to keep up on their property. Wonderfully decorated, free snacks were a definite plus!!

we had a good stay, house was older, but in good shape, very clean, no mustiness like old houses sometimes do, no spiders or any other bugs. The neighborhood is very quiet even though its just a block off a very busy street. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Enjoyed the long weekend.

Clean and cozy

We came from San Antonio TX for a wedding. The home was very cute and cozy with modern decor and furniture. The game room was a hit, even with the adults! The house had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is that the driveway needs to be resurfaced. Currently it has very unlevel asphalt and our car scraped. We parked in the street. Overall this did not affect our stay and we would definitely come back!
