Perfect place to explore all Suncadia has to offer. This new home is located in the center of the resort and is within steps of the Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, the Inn, the Swim & Fitness Center, and Prospector Golf Course. There is plenty of space for you and all your loved ones- this residence sleeps up to 12 people!The entry-level has a grand room with a 50-inch TV with plush seating and a cozy, lodge-style feel. There is a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need from a simple post-pool snack to a five-course holiday meal. This space opens up to a private fenced patio overlooking the rolling greens of Prospector Golf Course and the Trailhead community. Here you will also find plenty of outside seating and a barbecue that beckons for burgers and hot dogs on a warm summer evening. The lower level
also offers a half bath and a laundry room with a utility sink, and a stacked washer and dryer.Just a short walk away is the Trailhead condominium complex where you will find a private community pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Wow! Great location, new home!

Beautiful newer home 3 min walk to Lodge. 3 master bedrooms and 4 twin/full bunks. Big open family area and small fenced grassy yard for dog or small kids. Looking forward to coming back in summer!

Winter getaway

This property was very clean and spacious. Perfect for my husband to work and the two kids doing on line school. The only issue was a snow plow clearing the driveway and road at 2:00am. It was very loud and woke everyone up. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely stay at this property again!!

Beautiful House

The house was really nice and clean. We loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom and the amenities were nice and new. The kitchen could use some more dishes and tools for cooking but other than that we loved our stay. Would love to come back in the future.
