We take care to keep the home well stocked and change out linens often! A fire pit, hot tub and covered outdoor deck give you all you need to unwind after a day enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities in the development. We strive to keep our home up to date by cycling in new linens, towels and replacing broken or worn down items. July 2026 new dishwasher. June 2025 - replaced ALL 3 mattresses with luxury medium mattresses, they are very comfy. Spring 2024 new washer / dryer combo and new upstairs king bed frame***

Our 3 bedroom, 2.25 bath home is the ideal place for next getaway. Whether you enjoy golfing, biking, hiking, snow sports, gourmet food / wine, fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting or just want a place to BBQ, play games / watch movies and/or soak in a hot tub, the house will not disappoint!

Main floor:
The home has a fantastic design and will provide a great vacation experience for up to 8 guests. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a modern gourmet kitchen, complete with 5 burner gas range, large whirlpool refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and living area is dining area with chairs for 6, add up to 4 bar stools for additional capacity. The living room provides a great gathering space– With its vaulted ceiling, large and comfy sectional, flip a switch fireplace, bluetooth/headset jack enabled rick stereo system, 48' LED screen (complete with DISH Network and netflix streaming) and view out onto the green space. Open the doors to the large covered deck complete with a large outdoor furniture set and charbroil infrared BBQ (that sears meat to perfection). There is access to the deck from the main floor master as well. Below the deck is our new hot tub and gorgeous fire pit.
The main floor master suite has high ceilings, a comfy high end king sized bed and separate access to the outdoor space makes it perfect for pets. The en-suit bathroom contains a large tub, enclosed glass shower, two sinks and spacious vanity. The walk in closet is heated and makes for the perfect sleeping space for your baby or toddler, we provide the pack and play - so you can leave yours at home! And there is a changing table provided for your convenience. This will make for a quiet and separate nursery to allow baby to sleep peacefully.
The larger upstairs bedroom contains a luxurious Stearns and Foster king mattress for a lovely night sleep.
Adjacent, but not connected, to this bedrooms is a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an enclosed tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is a third bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. The base rental price includes lodging, towels and linens for 6, however we allow up to 8 guests total with approval and payment of an extra person fee for guests 7, 8 and or 9. Linens, duvets, pillows and towels are provided for these extra folks once prepaid and approved.
Located in the heart of the resort, our rustic modern mountain escape is a very short walk from the Inn, which houses the Prospector course Pro Shop and The Canary Grill – open during the golf season. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Lodge, which contains 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a great hiking trail down to the Cle Elum River. It is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Swiftwater Cellars and the Rope Rider golf course.

*** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center unless we physically walk our guests in. We offer this when we are staying in the resort (we are around twice monthly), I will alert you if this is a possibility at the time of your stay ***

Cancellation policy: Damage deposit, tax & cleaning always fully refundable. 90% of the total nightly rental rate returned for any cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival. Partial refund inside of 60 days if re-rented, refund depends on new rental income received, any difference is paid by original renter.

The guests can use community trails for walking, running, biking and snowshoeing. Tennis/ basketball courts, play fields, playgrounds, golf courses, on and off leash pet areas, restaurants and winery are all open to the public as well.

The swim and fitness center requires a member be present to access it. We are often in the development, so please ask if we will be able to get you access during your date range.

I am always available via phone, text or email. We give guests full check in directions and leave a binder with home instructions for our guests.

With a prime location in the center of the development, you will find plenty of great activities right outside your front door. Our high ceilings and modern rustic design make our living area a warm and cozy place for your group to socialize and relax.
Please treat the home as you would your own and all will be well. Taking responsibility for any damage or issues and letting me know before hand is super helpful as we can likely address them while you stay!
Since our cleaning company does not work on Saturdays - We can no longer accept a Saturday check in or check out.
We allow pets but sadly have had several naughty creatures who were not properly kenneled cause real damage. With that in mind we require prior approval for any rental group with pets, we have a list of requirements that need to be agreed to in to avoid issues during your stay.
