Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille dans cet hĂŽtel, accompagnĂ©s de notre chat, et tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait ! L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© chaleureux et attentionnĂ© dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, avec mĂȘme quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon Ă  quatre pattes. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse, propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, offrant tout le confort nĂ©cessaire aprĂšs nos journĂ©es bien remplies. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme de l’établissement, la qualitĂ© de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualitĂ©. Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expĂ©rience encore plus agrĂ©able. Un grand merci Ă  toute l’équipe.

Pas le niveau de service d’un quatre Ă©toiles

Pas d’aide de la rĂ©ception lorsque nous arrivons et que le contact permettant l’allumage de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Le buffet du petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait trĂšs pauvre Ă  9h30, nous n’y sommes plus retournĂ©s. L’aspirateur n’a pas Ă©tĂ© passĂ© tous les jours dans la chambre et les poubelles n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ©es une fois sur deux, ni les tables de nuit nettoyĂ©es: nous avons gardĂ© notre tache de cafĂ© 3 jours. Enfin, lors du checkout, on me dit que je ne dois rien: vous ĂȘtes sĂ»re? Oui, tout a fait . 15mn aprĂšs on m’appelle dans la voiture pour me faire payer les taxes de sĂ©jour et le parking. Pas au niveau d’un quatre Ă©toiles.

L'hotel trÚs confortable, mais sur le site internet, il n'était pas bien mentionné que le spa n'était pas compris avec le forfait de l'hotel Les sommeliÚres étaient trÚs agréables et serviables, mais ne servait pas les boissons au bon moment, soit les apéritifs avant le repas et le vin en mangeant, car nous recevions les apéritifs pendant les plats et le vin à la fin du repas..

Impossible de dormir : insonorisation inexistante, chambre au 1er étage, au dessus du restaurant et des cuisines = bruits de chaises et hurlements d'enfant jusqu'à minuit ; réveillés à 4h30 par l'équipe du matin... Ne mettez pas a disposition les chambres au dessus des piÚces de vie, c'est scandaleux. L'hÎtel correspond plutÎt a un 3 étoiles mais pas a un 4 étoiles. Couverture de notre enfant tachée, odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner non approvisionné... Nous étions de passage avant un trajet de 8hre en voiture, absolument pas reposant au contraire
