Hi there I’ve been calling since I left the building on Sunday August 9, 2025 @ 1100am or somewhere around there. I left 2 diamond rings in front of the window on table as the big mirror is there. One ring my wedding ring and the other a blue diamond that belonged to my mother she’s dead. With that being said I have yet to receive any call backs from our room housekeeping we were 605, Kellaway, Nicholas and Mandy we stayed Friday the 7-through Sunday August 9. I have spoke to someone at front desk who indicates the room had not been cleaned up until Monday night then I was ghosted with no calls. I then called last night and was told I wasn’t calling at the correct times to call this morning I called spoke to Katrina she indicated she had NOT been told of any of this and she was the lost and found housekeeping management…why is the fact that my two diamonds were on that table when I left I immediately called was given the run around then told it hadn’t been cleaned on Monday night no call backs and now the member of management says she hasn’t heard a thing? Are my rings missing? I’m sure you can review footage and confirm I had those on every single time I left that room outside of when I checked out as I added sunscreen and had to wash my hands using the hand towel I left on the sink to the left, I’m very particular I apologize but can detail anything…please assist me no one at the location seems to want me to have my items back

Great location. Hotel needs some work

Convenient location. The coffee shop on site was a very nice addition. The room had a lot of moisture and we noticed mildew. The toilet continuously ran loudly. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff are very friendly, but the hotel could use some improvements, The halls are dark and very warm, it was 90 degrees when we went there. The ice machine on our floor did not work, the key car to our room worked only sometime, I had to get new key cards 3 times, and they still only worked every now and then, the hotel needs updating, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff made our stay enjoyable.

Super easy walk to Rock Hall and football stadium. Some eating nearby but you need to hoof it a bit. Building shows it's age a little but staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worthy of a return visit.

One side of our bed, the outlets did not work. It was noisy, heard what seemed like everything. I'm pretty sure i heard someone sneeze outside (15th floor). Some areas need updating. The entry looks nice but the hallways were sooo warm! Was next/near the train, could hear it wasnt so bad but maybe more or better insulation in the walls? Would i stay there again? Im not sure.

The room was clean, spacious, updated, and very conveniently located. The bed, pillows, and linens were fresh and comfortable. And one thing I always notice is the caulking in the bathroom, which was clean and neatly applied. The room was stated as handicap accessible, so I was disappointed that there was a traditional tub/shower combo instead of a walk-in shower but there were multiple well placed grab-bars in the shower/tub.

The hotel was clean and the people at the desk were friendly. The location was convenient. The only issue we encountered is that the coffee shop in the lobby seemed poorly run and did not actually offer many of the items on the menu.

Staff are great

Nice rooms. Love the personals lika shower gel, shampoo, and lotion in the large size. Also the amenities, hair dryer, microwave, and refrigerator. The staff are so helpful and nice all the time. Theres even a free shuttle for a mile radius which is great because the hotel is in a prime location of everything. Definitely staying again soon.

Awful Experience – Would Not Recommend

Our stay was terrible from start to finish. The rooms were falling apart — door locks were coming loose, wallpaper was peeling, and the sheets hadn’t been washed. When we asked for fresh linens, they were never replaced. They also ran out of towels, which was incredibly frustrating. The parking garage was in poor condition, filled with what looked like abandoned cars, and our room and garage keys rarely worked properly. The only positive was the hotel shuttle, which ran within a one-mile radius and made it easy to reach major attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the local sports venues. Unfortunately, that convenience didn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

Affordable stay in downtown Cleveland. Location was great and we were able to walk to most of our destinations. Hotel rooms are dated. Appreciated the in house full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, gel, and lotion.Staff was friendly.

First, the staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. But, the property itself was really, really bad. Broken fixtures, peeling paint, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall. Think dust/ dirt along the baseboards. Dark carpets feel gritty. There is an overwhelming feeling of darkness and tiredness and grossness about the property. Even the parking garage was a relic, and one whole floor of it had no lights. I expect a lot from a “by Hilton” property. In every respect but for the great people, this was something Hilton should be ashamed of.
