My 4 star rating rather than 5 is more to the property management rather than the host.The property was great overall with a wonderful view of the water and great outdoor seating. Very clean. My only recommendations would be to replace the recliner which is pretty broken down and update some of the kitchen ware. I have rented many houses and this was probably the worse collection of pans I have seen. Thrift store purchases would improve it considerably! And a few regular drinking glasses.To the property management- a leak developed on the first night under the bathroom vanity and I soaked it up with a beach towel, but water was also seeping up through the planks in other areas of the floor. I notified the management company the next morning and they said they would get someone to look at it. I was contacted later in the day that they had done what they could until they could get a bigger fix done. Later that day the cleaning service showed up with a garbage bag of rag towels to soak up the water. Since this was directly in front of the sink and one other area, it made using the sink a little more difficult with a pile of wet towels in front of the sink and getting up at night to step on wet toweling. No offer of moving me to another property or compensating me for a less than satisfactory stay.But I received 4 texts and emails that if there were any issues to contact them before leaving a "5 star" review.I did reply to these and got NO responses.
