• The property is equipped with a digital smart lock — no keys needed. Guests will receive a unique access code before check-in for secure and easy entry.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Riverside County ordinance)

Pool & Spa
• Pool is included.
• Pool heat is optional: $100/night.
• Spa heat is optional: $30/night.
• Heat must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival via booking messages or pre-arrival communications.

Pet Policy
• Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per stay (covers additional cleaning).
• Limit 2 pets maximum.
• Guests must disclose pets and pay the fee at the time of booking.
• For their safety, pets must not be left unattended indoors unless cratted.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and outdoors.

Pool & Spa Liability Policy
By booking this home, all guests agree to the following pool and spa rules:
• Use at Your Own Risk – The pool and spa are provided for guest enjoyment. The homeowner and management company are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while using these facilities.
• No Lifeguard on Duty – Guests must supervise themselves and others at all times.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when in or near the pool/spa.
• No glass or breakable containers are allowed in the pool or spa area. Plastic cups are provided.
• Diving and running are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
• The pool and spa are serviced regularly. Guests are not permitted to tamper with pool equipment or adjust settings.
• Any damage caused to the pool, spa, or surrounding area by negligence will be the guest’s financial responsibility.

By confirming this booking, guests acknowledge and accept this Pool & Spa Liability Policy.

Air Conditioning Policy
• The home is equipped with automated central air conditioning to keep the property comfortable.
• Temperature may not be set below 69°F — doing so will cause the system to stop working.
• Please keep doors and windows closed while A/C is running to maintain proper cooling and avoid strain on the system.

Smoking & Vaping Policy
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas.
• No smoking, vaping, cigars, or any other smoking devices are allowed inside the home, garage, or near open doors/windows.

HOUSE RULES (Please read before booking)
• No parties or events.
• No unregistered guests — only guests on the reservation are allowed on property.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors.
• Parking: max 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is allowed where posted. Do not block driveways, hydrants, or mailboxes. No RVs/trailers/oversized vehicles without written approval.
• Pool & spa: Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in the backyard/pool area.
• Do not tamper with pool/spa equipment. If pool/spa heat is desired (if available), request it in booking messages or before arrival.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Please keep doors and windows closed when AC/heat is running.
• Tesla EV charger is available — bring an adapter if your vehicle is not a Tesla and use at your own risk.
