Beautiful view and location. Added attention to cleaning would help. Couch arm needs to be fixed. Safe area. Well lit. Can see launches from Cape Canaveral on the beach. Great pool, heated and beach access is the best. Well maintained grounds.

Perfect location!

The condo is as perfect as the pictures show! We loved waking up every morning to hear and see the ocean while enjoying coffee on the balcony The ease of access to the pool and beach was perfection! Zareh was awesome when we needed to reach out. We will definitely come back to stay!

Great Ocean View From Spacious Balcony

This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach Towers. Love the location and privacy of the unit. We will return to Cocoa Beach Towers for future stays. The pool is amazing and we appreciated the adult quiet time in the mornings. Easy access to the ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. The unit was well maintained and has spacious rooms. No washer/dryer in the unit which would be a plus (we were aware of this and there are washer and dryers available on the same floor to use for a fee). The location has a couple bars/restaurants in walking distance which is a nice benefit. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach front condo

We had a great stay. The condo was clean annd spacious. It had everything we needed have a wonderful time. Beach chairs, toys, towels etc were all provided and in great condition. The views were beautiful and we were just steps to the beach. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 10 min or less drive with many great restaurant options. I would highly recommend.

Condo by the Sea

Incredible ocean view, wonderful pool for swimming laps or relaxing. Sound of waves great for sleeping. Missile launches close enough to watch from the beach. Fully equipped, kitchen and easy access to stores and deliveries. Older property, but beautifully maintained. Will be returning next year!

Great condo

The property was just as it was listed. The pool was huge and so quiet. The condo came with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Elevators were down the day we left which sucked, but nothing anyone could do about that.

Fun Spring Break

The property was exactly as seen in the pictures. The building itself seemed a little old, but the unit was updated and modern! Kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs provided as well. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Pool was well maintained and clean. Kids loved the putting green. It was nice to be close to the pier to walk and get shaved ice, snacks and the Tikki Bar was super fun. As others have said, a washer/dryer would be a nice addition in the unit to dry towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was our first time in the area!

Great - with 4 suggestions

Great property in great location. Hosts were very transparent and had many communication touch points with us. I have 5 suggestions for an even better experience: 1. Pool - The listing said it was a heated pool. The water was cold. If heated, it was not set at a good temp. 2. Master bedroom fan - had a ticking sound. Therefore, we couldn’t use it when we really would have loved to. 3. Toilet flushing handle would stick causing water to continue to run. You had to intentionally lift the handle up after flushing to avoid the issue. 4. Shower In Master bath could have been cleaner. Hair from previous guests was in drain. Had to clean the hair ball out myself. That was quite disturbing. 5. Suggest providing more towels especially wash clothes and especially if the length of stay was as long as ours was (10 days). We had to be ultra conservative on reusing our towels longer than what is typical. Other than these items listed above, we really enjoyed our stay. Every part of the property was clean outside of the list above). If these items were resolved, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family trip with teen and tween

Very clean unit with a beautiful view from large balcony. Large pool and direct beach access was nice. The unit is very close to the pier restaurants, bar, shaved ice, and beach rentals when open. The only thing we missed not having was a washer and dryer in the unit. I don’t typically do laundry on vacation, but our shoes and clothes got soaked from being out in the weather. The washer and dryer available for the building was not so ice and requires coins. It would be really nice to have this available in the unit. We would stay here again although not likely during hurricane season.

We are retired senior snowbirds and have resided in the Saint Petersburg area for many years. We started our vacation on the East Coast on Cocoa Beach as my grandson wanted to visit the Kennedy Space Center, not Disneyland. He stated to me, Disneyland is for little kids. We had an enjoyable stay at Cocoa Beach and two days at the Kennedy Space Center before traveling over to Indiand Shores on the Gulf Side. The Pros and Cons. · Pros: · Condo shown is as advertised, clean, well kept and quiet · Was well equipped with clean lining, towels. · Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Good view of pool and ocean Kennedy Space Center was enjoyable for my grandson who met astronut Ken Cameron commander of one of the space shuttle flights. Publix Food Market is close by. Cons:: Bedroom with the two full beds mattresses have to be upgrade. Both mattresses have a low and hight side down the middle. No safety bar in the shower incase you slip. TV's have a Amazon Firestick and Roku remotes. Unless you're familiar with them you'll be lost.

Loved it!

This property was great and perhaps better than advertised. We loved the layout and it was perfect for our family of 4. We were 1 block to the grocery store and very close to restaurants and anything else we wanted to do. We loved it! Beach access was great and the unit provided chairs and umbrella were a huge help as we flew in. Would stay here again!

Great Condo

This condo is everything we could’ve asked for. Clean, comfy beds, nice pool, pool towels, chairs etc. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. The only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been an in house washer and dryer. The beach was a little disappointing as there are little to no shells and there was a vast amount of seaweed (we were told the latter is not the norm). We enjoyed our family time and the condo very much. The communication with Zareh was on point and refreshing. He answered questions within minutes.

Family friendly and great location

This condo has a great location! Everything you need within minutes. Easy access to the beach. We liked that their are many owner occupied units. It was quiet and felt safe for our family. Everything was sparkling clean and well equipped! I had a great experience with the property manager who promptly replaced a coffee maker that stopped working during our stay. He was also a great resource for local amenities. The only thing that would have made it better would have been more towels and a washer and dryer in the unit. The laundry was very close and easy to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and having the kitchen was a great bonus not having to eat out every night. Beautiful beachfront views comfortable beds and a laid back quiet atmosphere made our little family vacation prefect. Plenty to do around the area and would highly recommend.

Perfect spot

Beautifully cleaned home & great location. Overlooking the pool with perfect ocean views. We enjoyed the view so much & caught a rocket launch one morning! The pier & restaurants were walking distance which the kids loved. Drove to Disney two days, only an hour away. Perfect little spot & location for our family :)

We loved this property. The place was neat and clean and comfortable. The xheck in and out was smooth. The pool was kept after well and the beach is really close. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook our meals. We will definitely stay here again.

Unit 43 Great Unit

Great rental. Had to problems but James/Maintenance came. Awesome person. The absolute best!! Spare room beds were for children not adults. Too soft and low to the ground. Love the unit. Great staff!
