Had a wonderful time. Great location near the beach. It was nice walking the neighborhood and seeing all the beautiful homes and being close to the park. This house was the perfect stay to end our summer vacation!
This house was in the perfetc location for my husbands Ironman! We were able to go back and forth to the village at the park and have a lovely time at the beach with the kids! Great location!
Amazing house, great location and super clean. The only downside is not AC downstairs and we had 100 degrees weather, but we knew about the lack AC from the house description!
First time staying in CDA so the location was perfect. Close to lake, resort and downtown. The only complaint was the condition of the beds. They seriously need to be replaced. No one had a decent night sleep for the 3 nights we were there.
This property was perfect for our family celebration. It was close to the beach, downtown and everywhere we were gathering. Property was clean and very comfortable. Quite and beautiful neighborhood too!
I just need to say that the owner of this property was very nice and I hate writing a review about this location because he was great. When we first checked in the house was DISGUSTING. When I say disgusting I mean nothing was cleaned at all. The floors were sticky with residue and black residual substance like they hadnât been scrubbed in months. There was trash everywhere, under couches inside the fireplace under the table on top of dressers meaning thereâs no way they were even cleaned. The blue towels all throughout the house were soaking wet. So wet they left stains on the white armoire upstairs in the bathroom. I donât think they even went through a dry cycle. We spent our entire first day deep cleaning the entire house from top to bottom. The mop heads were so black that we had to change them every few feet just to get the place clean. We complained to the management company and I talked to the manager. He was very apologetic and offered us back our cleaning fee which I accepted since I understand mistakes are made. I have been trying to get in contact with them now for 3.5 MONTHS to get the cleaning fee sent back. Bree is the contact point who said the check was on the way to us about a month ago. Now wonât even respond to me. Iâm at a loss at what to do but during the midst of a pandemic having a disgusting property should be embarrassing and taken care of right away. We paid a lot of money to stay there and to be completely disregarded is unacceptable. Also there is no air conditioning on the 1st level and it was so uncomfortable we had to go out and buy an air conditioner just to survive august in Idaho at about 100 degrees a day it was miserable.
