Lovely secluded property close to all amenities. Large private heated pool. 10 metres by 5 metres Pool is heated April to end of October. Super fast internet 300mb/s. X box s series and UK tv channels. Sunbeds and pool/beach towels provided.. Large covered terrace giving shade in the afternoon and evening with dining table and sofas. more dining tables for eating in the sun. 3 bedrooms one en suite with walk in shower and one full bathroom. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge with mosquito screens on all windows. The modern kitchen has all you will need. Plenty of books and games.

Absolutely flawless. Excellent communication beforehand made checking-in completely stress free.The villa is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need. No need to worry about forgetting to bring something - they have it all! Beautiful place with spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and all spotlessly clean.Then there's the outside space. Views to die for, and a large well heated pool. Plenty of loungers and plenty of space to lounge in. There's also a pool table, a dart board, a putting green and plenty more. We've never stayed anywhere like it.As I said, communication with the host was excellent. There's also Tony and Gaynor who live local and are on hand for any issues. Safe to say though, we had no issues :)

Trefor was a very helpful host offering plenty of good advice and letting us start our stay early due to our very early departure from the UK. The property was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool, the barbecue and the privacy of the property which had extensive views. The property offers plenty of areas to sit in the garden which means there is always some shade on hot days. We walked into the centre of Coin a couple of times (about 25 minutes) and enjoyed the food at one of the local tapas bars.

Der Pool war immer warm! Die Zimmer alle sauber.Die KĂŒchenausstattung sehr gut. Die Betreuung durchToni und Gayner absolut top. Immer ansprechbar,immer hilfsbereit und immer sehr schnell vor Ort, wennman sie brauchte. Wir hatten keine Kinder dabei, aberkinderfreundlich (viel Spielzeug) und jede Menge Platz.Wir kommen wieder.

The villa is amazing. Everything you could want and more. It’s in a secluded location, with views in all directions, perfect for seeing the sunrise and set. The pool is the best we’ve ever had in a villa, and there are lots of activities for the kids (and adults). It’s a 20 minute walk into Coín, a typical Spanish town with lots of tapas restaurants. The walk there is fine, but the drive up to the villa is steep and long so makes the walk back more challenging.

What a lovely property Villa Madrid

What a lovely property Villa Madrid, great location within easy reach of Ronda, Puerto Banys and we even went as far a Gibralter. The Villa has everything you need, a great pool, fantastic outdoor area with the town of Coin just a short drive away or a 25 minute walk if you feel up to it. Trefor and Amanda have catered for all your needs from a fantadtic BBQ area for those days staying at the Villa to a book collection for you to use for those days around the pool and the lovely touch of a welcome hamper on arrival.I can not recommend Villa Madrid enough, 5 stars.

Zeer mooi huis op een fijne lokatie

Het huis heeft een speciale ligging hoog op een plateau. Het heeft een geweldig zwembad met leuke activiteiten in de tuin ( biljard, golf, badminton). Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

Villa was lovely, as described. Plenty of crockery, glasses, books etc etc The plot was much bigger than expected and totally private The pool was fantastic and we’d loved the basketball hoop! Communication with Trefor (owner) was always speedy, Tony & Gaynor are really nice and only 5 minutes away from villa to help if needed

Best holiday ever - you feel welcome and at home at once. The house is so fully equipped that nothing is missing at all. Words cannot describe it fully - you have to experience it. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Trefor is the most thoughtful and kind person ever, and so are the caretakers Tony and Gaynor.

Zeer mooi huis op een perfecte lokatie. Daardoor een fantastich uitzicht op de omgeving. Huis is compleet uitgerust, er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Buiten een geweldig zwembad, genoeg terassen zowel in de zon alsook in de schaduw! Allesbij elkaar gewoon perfect! Komen hier graag weer terug

Stunning villa with fab heated pool. The villa had everything that you could possibly want and more. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Outside furniture was also very comfortable with lovely scenic views. Would definalty recommend and return.

We had a fabulous holiday at Trefor’s villa. Extremely clean and spacious. Very big pool with lots of outdoor toys/inflatables available. Abundance of beach, pool and bathroom towels. Lots of space both inside and out. Would highly recommend. Communication with Trefor was excellent throughout.

Amazing Villa

The villa is superb. Its an idyllic location hidden away on the outskirts of Coin, close enough to walk into town but far enough to be away from it all. The pool is divine and the kids played in it constantly. The area is not very touristy so it feels like real Spain but you can access touristy areas easily within reach. We went to Mijas, Puerto Benas and to a few local beaches. But we returned happily to the villa for some peace and quiet and hardly left the place. The villa has everything you could possibly need. Every boardgame the kids would ever want to play and lots of stuff for the pool. There are loads of books too. There are more beach/bathroom towels than I have ever seen in my life! We will be back for sure. It took us a while with Covid to actually get here but it was worth the wait. Communication is easy and quick with Trefor - very helpful. We made very happy memories thank you.

Great location, host & Villa

We're just back after spending 10 days here, nowhere near enough! We will definitely be back hopefully in the near future. Everything about the place and the whole experience was spot on, couldn't fault the villa, its location or the host. Communication with Trefor has been good throughout our stay and before with car hire advice etc. It's a 10 from us!

Extremely Pleasant Stay

We have rebooked already which should say it all! Trefor was great at commuincating with us and everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. There had been some storms and a lot of effort had gone into ensuring everything was ready for us. The location itself is fantastic and shops are a short car journey away. We only ventured to the beach once and as we were prefectly comfortable with the pool and the large open space. We have a 2 and 4 year old and they were happy to be in and out of the pool all day. It's one of those places you hesitate to recommend too much in case you can never get a booking again!

Exceptional villa with beautiful views and pool

We had an amazing family holiday at Villa Madrid. The villa is located in an elevated position allowing for beautiful panoramic views across Coin and the mountains, you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from the garden. All the comments written previously about the property are absolutely true - communication with Trefor was excellent and he is very genuine in his approach; the property is spotless and there is everything you could ever need to make for a stress-free holiday (the welcome pack is much appreciated after a late arrival too); the pool is incredible, very large and warm and kept the child occupied all day! On this occasion we weren't able to explore the local area but would love to return and try some of the local hiking trails. Although the villa feels really private you are very close to amenities such as big supermarkets and the drive to Malaga airport is very easy. This property is a real gem and we genuinely hope to return soon.
