Conveniently located in Collingwood, Ontario only 1.5 hours from the GTA, this home is a 5 minute drive to Blue Mountain Resort, a 7 minute drive to Northwinds Beach & 20 minute drive to Wasaga Beach (the largest fresh water beach in the world!). Enjoy hiking/biking trails, golf and so much more! Set your day’s agenda from hitting the slopes, to relaxing at the spa. This home will make you feel warm and welcomed to the four-season destination of Collingwood & our neighbour Blue Mountain!

The Space:
Step into our chic and modern unit, where every detail is curated for your utmost comfort. Bathed in sunlight, the space radiates warmth from the expansive windows that accentuate the open floor plan. The kitchen, a chef's dream, is adorned with sleek quartz countertops and is equipped with everything you might need to whip up gourmet dishes. Also includes pots & pans, salt and pepper. Choose to dine in the elegant indoors or take your meal outside to one of the inviting private patios.

The primary bedroom is a haven of luxury, nestled on its own exclusive floor. Indulge in some downtime with a 50-inch smart TV, or refresh in the attached ensuite bathroom. For a cozy group gathering, the living area, fitted with a 60-inch smart TV, is perfect. If outdoor grilling is on the agenda, the covered deck with a BBQ stands ready for all seasons. Elegantly designed and furnished with contemporary pieces, this unit promises a stay characterized by style and serenity.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire unit, including the covered deck equipped with a BBQ, and two private patios with dining furniture that seats up to 8. Getting Around:
With private parking for up to two vehicles, you can easily explore Collingwood and beyond. Blue Mountain is a mere 10-minute drive away, offering skiing, mountain biking, and scenic views. The region is well-connected with trails and roads, ensuring you can easily access all attractions either by car, bike, or on foot.

Other Things to Note:
**MAX 2 cars parked in the driveway on the property as per condo rules. Additional vehicles will be towed. There is no guest parking availble. Please plan with your guests accordingly.

The family escape house was a perfect stay, everything we needed to make a meal was there and very helpful so we could spend our money on adventures. We felt very safe in this community vacation spot. Everything we wanted to check out was within 10min-40min

The neighborhood is quiet with lots of green space. Beds are comfortable. The house is nicely furnished. About 10 minute drive to Blue Mountain Resort. No extra blankets, we were cold on the first night when temperatures dropped to 18 degrees. Cleaning team arrived at 3:30, so we could not check-in on time. I was told to come back at 5:00. Then I got a text message that the house will be ready at 4:00. There is no way the team could clean the house properly in 30 minutes, and it shows... There is black mold in the 2nd floor shower. The towel rack in that bathroom is broken. The entrance patio is dirty, same with the back patio. Leaves and debris on the floor. The kitchen is well equipped but the non-stick frying pans are very scratched and not healthy to use. The dishwasher does not clean properly and does not dry the dishes even on the 2 hour heat dry cycle. It needs to be repaired or replaced. We were 7 guests, and drying all the dishes was annoying and time consuming. We expected a higher standard of maintenance and cleanliness.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Easy to locate and in a quiet setting. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a large downstairs with big kitchen. Very clean! Only negative was the living room seating
not very comfortable. I would rent this place again. Communication was good also.

Nice property

This was a nice property. Well kept and updated. Beds were comfy. It was very hot the weekend we were there - we had a hard time cooling the upstairs making it comfortable for us to sleep. Other than that the place was nice and well kept.

Excellent weekend getaway!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everyone complimented me on this great find as we loved the location and space itself. Beds were comfortable, lots of linens and other supplies as well. Some kitchen utensils and dishes needed to be washed before we used them and some of the cookware is on its last legs and might need to be updated. Other than that check-in was easy and a breeze. Would definitely come back to this location again!

Great for us

This home was perfect for 5 seniors. Close to Scandanave Spa. Very quiet. Fully equipped and clean. Not recommended for those with mobility problems as bedrooms were upstairs

Lovely Family Trip

We booked this so our family, part of which reside in Texas, and the others in Ontario, could spend some quality time together. The condo is so charming! The location is perfect for outings to the mountain and to the beach, and also a short driving distance from great restaurants and shopping. Check in was no problem - the host sent instructions a few days in advance. We enjoyed some of the games that we found in a closet but did not explore the grounds at all. After we left, we realized a jacket had been left and getting a hold of someone to retrieve that was a challenge. We finally found the location of the property management company and drove to the office. The ladies there were kind enough to give us an access code to retrieve the jacket.

Beautiful condo

I stayed for 3 nights with my spouse, 3 year old and 3 teenagers. The unit was beautiful, nice common area behind the unit, and quiet neighbourhood to ride bikes. The host however was non responsive the entire stay. There were issues with the BBQ not working properly, and the kitchen wasn't well stocked with common kitchen items.

Short Vacation but almost perfect

The property is very clean and the location is very close to all amenities particularly the Blue Mountain Village. Our stay was very short only but it’s worth it! It was very comfortable and it was the perfect size for our family. We really enjoyed our stay on this property and would definitely recommend it!

Overall good place to stay for a vacation. Good location close to all attractions. Dinning chairs are very uncomfortable and to be improved. Hand washing liquid and garbage bags to be provided for kitchen.

Nice place to be! Communication not strong.

We had a wonderful time and the location was very good. The communication is something to learn. I don't know if it is the agent of the owner. The temperature in the house was very high. But the total score is a 9 for us!

Golfing weekend getaway

Property was well maintained, clean and check in was easy. The property was everything we needed for our golfing weekend for my husband's birthday. We ate dinner in the village on the first night and bbq'd the second night, it was very nice and conveniently located to golf courses.

The condo is beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's lovely with very high ceilings. There were quite a few cob webs high up that need to be dusted away. Other than that the place was spotless. We did NOT receive the address and entry information @ 3pm as indicated. With a few texts and phone calls we received the entry code. All in all I would definitely stay there again.
