Cute but hot
Nice place with cool decor but lacking in amenities. They really need a few fans for the summertime. The people on the Rue we're very loud at night so the kids had trouble sleeping. Also broken furniture.

Not acceptable and manager doesn't care
Great location but that's where it ends....no hot water for 2 of our 4 days, my girlfriend weighs 130lbs and sat in a chair and it collapsed, no toilet paper in the unit on day 1 and the pillows were 6" squares with no stuffing, duvet had no cover on it which allowed you to see a yellow tinge. Called, emailed and texted manager - only rec'd boilerplate responses - finally after nearly 10 hours with no hot water used my friends phone to call and she finally answered. Told us the water tank ran out of water and we should reset it and wait until the next day. When we asked her to come look at it to make sure it was okay she said she could send a plumber but we'd have to pay. Next day same problem. The manager told us it wasn't her problem about the chair or the hot water - it's the owner who decides what we get. Never again! Stay far away from this management company and apartment. If yes I forgot just got an email they want to keep $150 of my deposit for the broken chair and a broken hangar.......do not stay here!

SéSéjour agréable après un début cahotique
Belle appartement très bien située. Procédure de réception de la clé à revoir, nous avons eu celle-ci que quelques heures avant d'arrivée après plusieurs relances. L'annonce précise "réponse dans l'heure", c'est utopique.

Maison trés bien située pour explorer Colmar et ses environs
Appartement trés bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre historique. Le balcon sur rue est trés agréable. Toutefois, la propreté du sol, de certains meubles (sdb), toiles d'araignées dans le salon mais surtout des parties communes (entrée sur rue, moquette de l'escalier) sont à améliorer d'urgence. Par ailleurs, les lattes d'un des matelats du lit double ne sont plus en place.
