Interaction with Guests:
Our Renjoy team is nearby and just one message away to help you with anything you could need for an amazing stay in Colorado Springs!
The host was very attentive and helpful. The home was nice and comfortable. The house was not cleaned very well. There was still old coffee in the coffee pot. There were some stains on the bed sheets. The kitchen floor had not been swept or mopped well. Nothing that would make me complain to the host but since youâre asking.
Wonderful house! High-end kitchen and bathrooms; comfortable beds; well-lit sitting area with smart tv; close to Red Rock Canyon Open Space (beautiful), Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods. Donât let the less-than-tidy neighborhood and property grounds fool you: this is a great place to stay!
This property is an eye sore to say the least. If you like to park in the front yard and in weeds, this place is for you. It is very close to the owner's workshop, which is not mentioned in the description. Although they did nothing to bother us, the outdoor area is open to the shop and not private. The hot tub did not work, and the chairs for the fire pit were crackedâthe area was nothing like the pictures. No view of mountains, just the rock fence. If you are hoping for reliable wifi so you can watch something, or a washer to work, a trash disposal to work, and an ice maker and central air hooked up - keep scrolling past this property. Renjoy is not a place I would recommend. It does not appear they take great care of their properties. I spent a lot of time on the phone because Wi-Fi wouldn't work. Finally, they sent someone over after we had been there two days. Luckily, he was able to get the washing machine and disposal fixed as the odor had started. I messaged my contact ahead of our stay to confirm the air conditioning, and I was told it had central air, and that we would be comfortable. We arrived and had a portable unit that sounded like an engine. The interior is fresh and new with nice fixtures and towels. The location is convenient, not much within walking distance.
The location of the house is great. Itâs it within 10 minutes of most things to do in Colorado Springs. The cleanliness was good. There was not enough air conditioning in the house. We were hot in the afternoon and evenings. The outside of the house also has a lot of trash piled up around the property.
Check was not exactly clear as where to park, but quickly accommodated us. Owners shop is right in front of the front door, this was not mentioned on the listing, but blinds helped block the view and truthfully very little noise with all windows closed.
The inside was beautifully remodeled and very well set up amenities. Stocked kitchen supplies, fans, toddler necessities, and abundant games. Window air units also not mentioned. Owner worked in shop late, so we didnât enjoy privacy of hot tub. Close to old Colorado city and hwys to quickly reach all the fun of Colorado Springs and restaurants. Nice little quiet neighborhood.
We stayed as a family for Christmas and had a wonderful time very cozy comfy home just needed a washer dryer if you want to stay a long period. There was a laundry mat close by so not to inconvenient:-)
Our farmhouse experience was an adventure, to say the least. The owners obviously took pride in their property, the interior was completely remodeled with very nice bathrooms and kitchens.
Proximity to Old Colorado City, Maitou, Downtown, etc. was excellent, but the actual neighborhood was somewhat sketchy and very dark at night.
Exterior photos were accurate as depicted, although the 5 foot privacy wall was much shorter than we had expected - some sort of construction business was co-located on the property and there was very little privacy from the adjacent businessâ trucks and forklifts when using the outdoor space.
Our main reason for booking this property was the hot tub, which was unfortunately not able to heat above 93 degrees. Also inoperative was the hearth fireplace.
Kaitlyn was very professional and responded to email requests, although it was a real pain trying to hike and zip line while still coordinating these maintenance items via email. I would recommend getting the Google maps customer service phone number for the management company, updated so that it rings through to the office.
Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
The home was beautiful, however, hot tub was not working and hot tub area was not private as advertised. Also there was no window coverings in whole front of house.
My family and I stayed here and we have 2 young kids (2.5 years and 6 months). The property was great for usâthe pack n play and high chair came in handy for us. The location was good tooâclose to old Colorado city, manitou springs and Colorado Springs.
The house is cute and very nicely renovated & decorated. The location is a little weird. The main problem is that it's missing so many essential items to make your stay easy and comfortable. No dishwasher and only 2 dish towels provided to hand wash all the dishes. The description promotes the kitchen but it was very hard to cook and enjoy a meal. No wine glasses. Minimum drinkware. Very few serving platters and cookware. No pot holders. Tiny baking sheet. Nothing to keep leftovers in. The dining room table is huge but only 4 chairs to sit in. The rooms were fine and bathrooms were renovated but we were only provided one bath towel per person and zero wash clothes. There is no washer or dryer so you couldn't wash your towels to reuse if they got dirty. The Wifi was down for almost 24 hours while we were there which meant you couldn't watch TV at all. I understand that Wifi goes down sometimes, but one property owner acted surprised when we reached out about the Wifi problems and the next day a different property owner told us the Wifi had been down for a couple days - so the messaging wasn't consistent. Some random person parked his car in the driveway by the front door and then a different random person knocked on the door because he was borrowing the car and needed help finding the keys - that was weird and felt a little unsafe. Several other rentals on the property so it isn't very private.
