Room was clean and comfortable. However there was no fan for the bathroom, the tv remote was dead/didn’t work, and the walls were paper thin so we heard everything going on in the rooms next to us. Waiting behind someone in line to check out, the lady at the front desk ordered us to just drop our cards on the counter behind us. Didn’t ask if we needed anything or had any questions. Overall it was fine for a night, but if I’m back in Columbus I don’t know if I’d return to this same hotel.

Outstanding place to stay. Very clean every where. Staff is super Outstanding, can't say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. I always stay here during pets trip to osu hospital. I would rate them a 10 star if i could. Rooms are very nice and again very, very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay at.

the booking said breakfast was available, it was for an addntl charge of $11 per person and it was not tasty at all.. the eggs were fake, the bacon was not real, nothing else was really available. Day old bakery, 3 yogurts and some fruit.

I have stayed at many of these and when I have paid $189.00 for the night breakfast for 2 was included. charging 2.00 for a bottle of water when all other hotels of comparable status give it for free is ridiculous. Hilton's have really gone cheap. No water in the lobby even. only coffee and tea.
